Tottenham have some fond memories when facing West Ham in the Premier League.
While their head-to-head since the league’s rebranding in 1992 is quite close – with 25 wins for Tottenham, 17 for West Ham, and 13 draws – Spurs have edged some classics.
With new signing Conor Gallagher primed to make his Tottenham debut, the two London rivals lock horns again this weekend, this time at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, where both teams are desperately seeking all three points.
Spurs are languishing in 14th, whereas the Hammers are 18th and eight points from safety. Tottenham boss Thomas Frank is under pressure to keep his job, and in east London, West Ham manager Nuno Espirito Santo is also at risk of being sacked.
While talk of West Ham star Jarrod Bowen moving to Tottenham has added an extra layer of intrigue to Saturday’s game, as has Lucas Paqueta’s potential exit from London Stadium to Flamengo, here is a roundup of some classic Spurs wins over their local adversaries.

A draw at Tottenham still wouldn’t have kept them up, though.
