Tottenham could field a team of world beaters next season after the latest developments on a potential takeover.
Thomas Frank already has a strong squad at Spurs, with Xavi Simons and Joao Palhinha already elevating performances in North London.
However, after news that a U.S. consortium led by Brooklyn Earick wants to buy Tottenham, with a view to £1.2billion being invested into player budget, they could be irresistible next term.
A source close to the Lewis family says Spurs are not for sale, but that does not mean that they do not have a price.
While much must happen for a deal to materialise, Tottenham News looks at how the Lilywhites could line up after a substantial overhaul.

Goalkeeper and defence – Thibaut Courtois behind world-class quartet
The goalkeeping position is certainly an area of focus for Spurs, as Vicario has continued to look frail between the sticks.
With that in mind, the Lilywhites must make a move to sign a world-class shot-stopper, and they do not come much better than Courtois.
While a move for Gianluigi Donnarumma would have been ideal, he is now unattainable, meaning the Real Madrid number one should be a top priority.
Fortunately for Frank, he already has an enviable centre-back partnership of Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven, and they are simply irreplaceable.
On the right, the highest-ranked defender for the Ballon d’Or, Achraf Hakimi, would work wonders and could complete his trophy haul in Europe’s top five leagues.
Tottenham could finally be the club that lures Alphonso Davies away from Bayern Munich, with his pace sure to cause Premier League defenders nightmares.
Midfield – Lucas Bergvall alongside Europe’s elite
Bergvall has continued his rapid development at Tottenham, meaning that he can be the future of their midfield.
The Sweden international has been so prolific that he has even caught the gaze of Champions League icons Real Madrid.
However, rather than moving to the Spanish capital, the 19-year-old could be joined by one of Los Blancos’ elite next season.
That is because the Lilywhites should make a move for the dynamic Federico Valverde, who can be a box-to-box engine in Frank’s midfield.
With Valverde and Bergvall to form an enviable partnership, they can be complemented by none other than Jamal Musiala to provide attacking flair.
Although the German talent is currently sidelined, his quality is undeniable and he can remind everyone of his talent when he returns to fitness.
Attack – Harry Kane with superstar duo
It is looking more and more likely that Kane could return to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium next summer.
The England hitman has entered his third season with Bayern, having lifted his first trophy with the Bundesliga outfit last term.
However, it is no secret that the striker wants to break Alan Shearer’s Premier League goalscoring record, and time is of the essence.
With Spurs said to have a priority on Kane, he could be joined by two of world football’s best in Kylian Mbappe and Ousmane Dembele.
Mbappe may be a fan of Thierry Henry, but why replicate an Arsenal legend when you can become a Tottenham one?
That leaves the Ballon d’Or winner Ousmane Dembele to complete Frank’s attacking front three, which can only be described as mesmeric.
Liverpool may have shown their spending power this summer, but a takeover at Spurs would mean the Lilywhites could go even further.
