Bild have claimed that the personal terms have been sorted but there is still work to do on the deal between the clubs.
Bayern are considering a loan move as sporting directors Max Eberl and Christoph Freund are "not allowed" to by an offensive player.
This means that a loan is more likely and then Bayern may add an option to make the move permanent.
DONE DEAL: Dibling joins Everton
Everton have confirmed the signing of teenage star Tyler Dibling from Southampton.
The winger, 19, joins the Toffees in a deal worth up to £42million.
He has signed a contract at the Hill Dickinson stadium running until the end of June 2029.
