The former Arsenal player will appear in court on Wednesday morning, 17 September, to answer the charges against him.
The 32-year-old is accused of five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault. The allegations relate to three women, who reported incidents which took place between 2021 and 2022.
The Ghanaian denies all charges that have been brought against him.
Partey has featured in all four La Liga games for his new side, both starting and coming off the bench.
