The 22-year-old French international defender joins us on a permanent transfer from OL Lyonnes.
Alice said: "I want to do my best here at Tottenham Hotspur. I think the league is very competitive, every game is a tough game, and that's what I'm most excited about. I saw that Spurs had a very good season last year - my qualities can bring something to the team, even though I know they already have a lot."
Our Head Coach Martin Ho said: "We’re delighted to welcome Alice to Tottenham Hotspur. She’s a player we’ve followed closely for some time and one who fits the profile of what we’re building here. She has already shown real maturity in her performances, and we believe she has all the qualities to continue developing into a top player within our environment.
"Alice is an aggressive defender who is comfortable in possession, competitive in her duels, and has the ambition to keep improving every day. Those characteristics are really important to us, and we’re excited to help her take the next step in her career while strengthening the squad.
"This is another important addition as we continue building for the future. We’re bringing in players who are hungry to develop, committed to our way of working and capable of helping us move the Club forward. We can’t wait to get started with Alice and welcome her into the group."
Developing as one of France’s most promising young defenders, Alice has gained invaluable experience at Lyon over the last five seasons, which stems across domestic league and the UEFA Women’s Champions League.
Having been part of Paris Saint-Germain’s youth set-up since 2017, previously at Paris FC’s academy, she made the move to Lyon in 2020 and signed her first professional contract with the first season an opportunity to embed into a senior first team environment.
Featuring on a number of occasions in Lyon’s matchday squad in 2020/21, the following campaign saw her make her senior debut in the Premiere Ligue in August, 2021, and later went on to feature in 14 games in total, including twice in the UEFA Women’s Champions League and was named on the substitute’s bench when they defeat Barcelona in the showpiece final to claim their eighth trophy in the competition.
With the ability to play centre-back or as a right-back, Alice continued to build her presence throughout her years in France’s top flight, helping Lyon to five consecutive league titles from 2021/22 campaign to last term, plus the Coupe de France Feminine twice (2022/23 and 2025/26), Trophee des Championess (2022 and 2023) and Coupe LFFP (2025/26).
Representing France at every age group from Under-16s to Under-23s, she made her senior international debut in November, 2024, in an international friendly against Nigeria. Alice was then named in her nation’s squad for the UEFA Euro 2025 Finals in Switzerland and featured in all four games in their tournament, starting all three matches in the group phase.
