Journalist Sacha Tavolieri has shed light on what Yves Bissouma thinks about staying at Tottenham Hotspur and where he wants to move to if he leaves the club before the end of the month.

The Mali international is in the final year of his contract at Spurs, and there is no indication that a new deal is in the offing for the midfielder.

In fact, it has been reported since the start of the summer that Tottenham are trying to find a buyer for Bissouma.

The 28-year-old has not made the best of impressions on Thomas Frank, with Bissouma being left out of the squad for the UEFA Super Cup clash for disciplinary reasons.

If Frank decided to push him out the door, the journalist says that Bissouma would prefer to remain in England, as he needs to reside in the country for one more year to obtain a British passport.

Tavolieri adds that West Ham United and Everton have both been keeping an eye on the Tottenham man’s situation.
