Tottenham have decided to keep three of their coaches, Andreas Georgson, Cameron Campbell and Fabian Otte, at the club under Roberto De Zerbi, with Sky Sports journalist Lyall Thomas revealing why.

De Zerbi was appointed as Spurs' new manager at the end of March, and with the international break ongoing, fans have been patiently waiting to see who was going to join him as part of his coaching staff.

Although the buck stops with the manager, the coaching setup can be just as important, spending as much time as they do on the training ground, regularly running tactical sessions.

Tottenham have now confirmed who is going to be working with De Zerbi for the remainder of the season, and three of the coaching staff were involved with Igor Tudor too.

Tottenham Keep 3 Staff Members

According to a report from Sky Sports journalist Thomas, Tottenham have kept Georgson, Campbell, and Otte, despite them working under their third manager of the season.

It's claimed that the trio have maintained good relationships with the players throughout the campaign, with Georgson's set-piece work in particular being a key strength for Spurs.

Spurs are believed to want specialists at the club, hence why the aforementioned trio have remained under the new manager, De Zerbi.

De Zerbi's Coaching Staff at Tottenham

Tottenham confirmed the full structure of Tottenham's coaching staff for the remainder of the season under De Zerbi earlier this week.

Marcattilio Marcattilii and Marcello Quinto join as First Team Fitness Coach and Senior Professional Development Phase Coach, respectively.

Marcattilio has been a mainstay under De Zerbi for over 10 years now, starting with him during their time at Foggia in 2025.

Marcello has been more of a recent recruit for De Zerbi, joining him at Brighton and Marseille.

Bruno Saltor, Georgson, Campbell, and Otte remain on the coaching staff from the previous regimes, while Stuart Lewis and Dean Brill also remain.
