We are delighted to announce the appointment of Adam Jeffery as Women's First Team Coach.

Adam joins Head Coach Martin Ho’s coaching staff from West Ham United, having previously spent time at Crystal Palace as an Assistant Coach. Adam helped the Eagles earn promotion to the Barclays Women’s Super League for the first time in their history.

Prior to his time in south London, he spent a number of years at Reading, first leading their Under-16s programme, before becoming an Assistant Coach for the First Team, helping guide them to a fourth-place finish in the WSL while also reaching the semi-finals of the Women’s FA Cup.

Speaking on his arrival, Adam said: “I had a really good conversation with Martin and we align on a lot of things, in terms of the way we want our team to play. I’m just happy to be here and want to hit the ground running.

“We both see football in a similar way and we want the team to play in a similar style. I’m looking to bring some different elements to what the team have already been building so far this season.”

Martin said: “We’re delighted to welcome Adam to the technical team at Tottenham Hotspur. He brings real value through his tactical and technical knowledge, with exceptional attention to detail. Just as importantly, he’s a great person and he cares deeply about both individual and team development.

“This will support the team culture and environment we have and continue to evolve. Adam will complement our existing staff really well, and I’m excited to have him with us as we continue building together.”
