Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Yves Bissouma has been linked with a move away from the club all summer, and it seems that he could still leave the club.

According to a report from GMS, clubs in Turkey and Saudi Arabia are keen on the player. The transfer window is still open in those countries, and it will be interesting to see if the Mali International leaves the club in the coming days.

Bissouma has struggled

He was quite underwhelming last season, and he has been criticised for his performances. It seems that he has fallen out of favour under Thomas Frank as well. The newly appointed Tottenham manager recently criticised the player for his lateness as well.

The 28-year-old is unlikely to be a regular starter for Tottenham, and he needs to move on in search of regular playing time. Palhinha has been signed as the first-choice defensive midfielder.

Yves Bissouma needs a fresh start

The African has shown his quality in the Premier League in the past, and the move to Turkey or Saudi Arabia could be ideal for him. He needs to play more often at this stage of his career. Clubs in Saudi Arabia or Turkey might be able to offer him more money as well. It remains to be seen how the situation develops.
