Tottenham have secured Martin Dubravka as their fourth summer signing, a strategic move poised to establish Antonin Kinsky as the club's primary goalkeeper.

Roberto De Zerbi has praised Martin Dubravka’s experience and leadership after Tottenham confirmed they will sign the veteran goalkeeper upon the expiry of his contract at Burnley.

The Slovak international will join Spurs on July 1 and is expected to provide backup for Antonin Kinsky.

First arriving in England on loan at Newcastle United in January 2018, the 37-year-old has remained in this country ever since and amassed 197 Premier League appearances during seven-and-a-half years with the Magpies and last season at Burnley.

Well, that was fast! Just a couple of hours after multiple outlets reported that a deal had been reached, Tottenham Hotspur has officially announced the signing of keeper Martin Dubrovka on a free transfer.

Tottenham are considering making a bid for West Ham midfielder Mateus Fernandes, Sky Sports News understands, but could still face competition from Manchester United.

Both Premier League clubs are also keen on Bournemouth's Alex Scott, who is an Arsenal target.

A vastly experienced Slovakia international goalkeeper, he will join us on 1 July following the expiration of his contract with Burnley.
