Calum Logan returns to Spurs following Braintree loan
The 19-year-old defender made 12 appearances for the Iron after joining them on a 28-day youth loan from Spurs, last November.
Logan, who initially come up through Ipswich Town’s Academy prior to joining the Spurs youth set-up, has featured regularly for Steve Pitt’s side in the National League since arriving on loan from the Premier League club having made his debut for them in their 2-0 win over Truro City.
Braintree Town confirmed Logan’s return to Spurs in a statement on social media that read: ‘The Iron can confirm that Calum Logan's loan has ended and has returned to his parent club Tottenham Hotspur.
‘Calum made 12 appearances in his time with us and we thank him for all his efforts!’ Logan signed his first professional contract with Spurs in January, 2024.
The Cambridge-born defender joined the North London club’s academy from Ipswich Town in early 2023.
Logan recently made the jump up to under-21 football for Spurs and played for them in their 4-4 draw at League Two side Bristol Rovers in the Vertu Trophy, in August.
Braintree have announced that they have appointed Adam Canning as their Head of Operations.
