Sports Illustrated Tickets has secured a $50m (£37.2m/€42.5m) credit facility and entered into a 12-year fan experience partnership with English Premier League club, Tottenham Hotspur.

The credit facility is claimed to fuel several strategic priorities for the company, including expanding its inventory and enhancing customer experiences through technology.

“Securing this $50 million facility from Feenix Venture Partners and Eagle Point represents more than just capital – it’s a signal that the market shares our passion in what we’re building,” said David Lane, chief executive of Sports Illustrated Tickets.

“We believe that by combining a trusted 70-year iconic brand, diversified offerings, and deep partnerships with teams and venues, we’re positioned to deliver exceptional value to fans, rights-holders, and investors alike.”

The facility is also aimed at helping Sports Illustrated Tickets to deepen its partnerships with leagues, teams, and venues.

This is already coming into fruition with a 12-year deal between the company and Tottenham Hotspur.

“Partnering with Sports Illustrated Tickets is an incredible opportunity to bring the passion, energy, and stories that make this Club so special to life in new and engaging ways for fans across the globe and in the stadium on matchdays,” said Spurs chief revenue officer, Ryan Norys.

As part of the agreement, Sports Illustrated will become an inaugural member of The Collective – the club’s new sponsorship programme designed to deliver activations at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

A 3,000-capacity hospitality area will also open and will feature Sports Illustrated-themed branding.

“This partnership with Spurs is among the most significant milestones for Sports Illustrated Tickets to date,” said Lane.

“Since 1882, Tottenham Hotspur has been one of the most storied clubs in the world, and its passionate fans and world-class stadium align perfectly with Sports Illustrated Tickets as we continue to expand globally.

“Together, we’re excited to offer Spurs fans an enhanced experience that honours the Club’s heritage as only a Sports Illustrated company can. We’re thrilled to debut as the first member of The Collective and to help shape a new era for sports partnerships.”

Arijit Singh is due to make history as the first Indian artist to headline a stadium in the UK, with a concert at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on September 5.

As of last month, Singh is the most-followed artist globally on Spotify with more than 142 million followers.

He is also a leading figure in Bollywood film soundtracks and has won several accolades including two National Film Awards.

Tickets are set to go on general sale on June 6, with Tottenham Hotspur season ticket holders, One Hotspur members, and local residents to the North London venue given priority access.

This includes an exclusive pre-sale beginning on June 5 at midday and ending 12 hours later. Meanwhile, the priority window for premium members is now open.

The upcoming show follows his last appearance in London when he performed at the O2 Arena last year, which also saw Ed Sheeran join him on stage.

“I am very excited to return to London once again,” Singh said.

“I’m just an ordinary person who happens to sing, and I’m incredibly humbled that I have the opportunity to share my songs and perform in London again.

“If that means I make history, then I will be very blessed. It makes me happy when the world sings my songs with me and my London fans are the absolute best!”
