Martin Ho and team receive LMA Performance of the Week award - Tottenham Hotspur
Description

Martin Ho and the team have received the Everest League Managers Association’s Women's Performance of the Week award.

The accolade recognises our impressive 7-3 victory against Aston Villa at Villa Park last Sunday.

It was a display worthy of one of the biggest stages in English football as Martin Ho's team racked up 27 efforts at goal, with first goals for Signe Gaupset, Maika Hamano and Julie Blakstad.

We found immediate answers when Villa responded in the contest - Cathinka Tandberg fired in for 4-2 seconds after Villa made it 3-2 and she was there again for 6-3 two minutes after Villa replied for 5-3.

An LMA panel selected our display in B3 as the best across fixtures in the WSL and Women’s Super League 2.

Club receives six nominations at 2026 Women’s Football Awards - Tottenham Hotspur
Description

We have been shortlisted for six awards across five different categories at this year’s Women’s Football Awards.

Following our impressive 2025/26 campaign to date, currently sitting fifth in the Women’s Super League table, the Club has received six nominations for the 2026 edition of this prestigious event.

Lenna Gunning-Williams and Toko Koga have both been shortlisted for the Young Player of the Year award.

Defender Toko joined us in the summer from Feyenoord and has become an integral part of our backline this season, featuring in all but one of our WSL games so far, and became our youngest ever WSL goalscorer when she scored her first goal for the Club in the 2-1 win over Liverpool in October, 2025.

Our Academy graduate Lenna has made 12 appearances in all competitions this term, with eight of those coming in the WSL, and, last month, she opened her account for the season, netting our final goal in the 3-1 victory over Leicester City in the fourth round of the Adobe Women’s FA Cup.

We have also been shortlisted for the Best Club of the Year award and the Club’s Foundation Girls and Women programme also recognised in the Best Grassroots Initiative award.

Off the pitch, we have also been shortlisted for Best Social Media and Legal Team of the Year.

The public voting for these awards are now open, so make sure to cast your votes via the link here.

South Stand tifo set for Sunday's north London derby - Tottenham Hotspur
Description

We’re once again teaming up with THFC Flags to build an incredible atmosphere befitting of the north London derby ahead of kick-off – and as we welcome Igor Tudor to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. We thank THFC Flags and the volunteers who give up their time to make the fantastic displays we see throughout the season possible.

We’re inviting fans to join us in creating another unforgettable occasion for this north London showdown. Here’s how you can get involved…

Tifo and Flags

A tifo display will once again fill our entire South Stand – creating an iconic visual display inspired by our heritage as we build towards kick-off at 4.30pm.

Supporters in the stand will find reusable bags placed on their seat and will be asked to hold them up to reveal a spectacular visual as the players emerge from the tunnel. Full details will be emailed to South Stand ticket holders prior to matchday.

The tifo will be complemented by a further display of flags in front of our East Stand, ready to be raised and waved as the team walk out.

Sunday’s tifo has been designed by fan-led organisation THFC Flags, who are behind the displays which have created some of Tottenham Hotspur Stadium’s most iconic visual moments.

Arrive Early

To be part of the excitement ahead of kick-off, and to generate an incredible atmosphere before our players walk out, we are encouraging fans to get to their seats at least 15 minutes ahead of the 4.30pm kick-off.

There is plenty going on in the stadium ahead of the game, with concourse bars and vendors open from 2.30pm.

Supporters looking to soak up the pre-match atmosphere can catch James Black, also known as The Voice of Spurs, who will be performing outside the White Hart bar adjacent to Block 525 within the upper tier of the East Stand.

Coaching update - Tottenham Hotspur
Description

Following the arrival of Igor Tudor as Head Coach until the end of the season, we can now confirm the appointment of three additional coaches to our Men’s First Team coaching staff.

We welcome Bruno Saltor as Igor's Assistant Coach. Born in El Masnou, Spain, Bruno spent the early years of his playing career in his homeland before joining Brighton & Hove Albion in 2012, where he made 235 appearances across seven seasons. He transitioned into a coaching role with the Seagulls upon retiring in 2019, and has since also held coaching positions at Chelsea and West Ham United.

Tomislav Rogic joins as Goalkeeping Coach and has a wealth of experience in the role at clubs including Hajduk Split, Shakhtar Donetsk, Zenit and Club Brugge, before joining Igor's staff at Lazio and then Juventus.

Riccardo Raganacci arrives as Physical Coach, again, with a wealth of experience in Italy at the likes of Cagliari, Bologna, Hellas Verona, Lecce, Empoli and, most recently, alongside Igor at Juventus.

Bruno, Tomislav and Riccardo join Andreas Georgson (Assistant Coach), Cameron Campbell (Individual Development Coach) and Fabian Otte (Goalkeeping Coach) on the coaching staff. They will continue to be supported by Stuart Lewis and Dean Brill, who were promoted from their roles in our Academy last summer.

We can also confirm the departures of Justin Cochrane (First Team Assistant Coach), John Heitinga (First Team Assistant Coach) and Chris Haslam (Head of Performance & First Team Assistant Coach). We thank them all for their service and wish them well for the future.

London City Lionesses vs Spurs | Our previous Women’s FA Cup encounter - Tottenham Hotspur
Description

Women’s FA Cup action returns on Monday evening (7.30pm UK) as we take on fellow Women’s Super League side London City Lionesses at Hayes Lane in the fifth round.

Having faced London City in England’s top flight earlier this season, where they ran out 4-2 winners on home soil, this will be our second meeting with the Bromley-based side in the FA Cup.

Welcoming the then WSL 2 side to Brisbane Road in the competition’s fourth round in January, 2023, we secured a thumping 5-0 triumph which involved five different goalscorers in the contest.

We’ve faced London City Lionesses on three occasions – in three different competitions – and you can certainly expect plenty of goals in this encounter.

With 15 goals netted between the two sides in the three meetings, where we have scored 11 of those, each fixtures has seen an average of five goals.

Our previous Women’s FA Cup fifth round tie came in February, 2024, where a Kit Graham strike against her former side Charlton Athletic was enough to earn us a 1-0 win at Brisbane Road.

We’ve reached the fifth round of the competition on seven occasions, winning three of those, after progressing to this stage for the first time in March, 2015, since the mid-1990s.

Travel information | Spurs vs Arsenal, Premier League - Tottenham Hotspur
Description

It’s derby day in N17 on Sunday as we take on Arsenal at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, kick-off 4.30pm. If you’re attending the North London Derby, please read our travel update ahead of planning your journey to the stadium.

Frequent services are anticipated through White Hart Lane, Northumberland Park, Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale before and after the game.

Ongoing engineering works between Peterborough and London, as part of the East Coast Digital Programme, will continue to affect some train journeys into London:

On LNER, Lumo and Grand Central, there will be no direct service between Peterborough and London Kings Cross. A reduced service will operate, with rail replacement buses running between Peterborough and Bedford, connecting with Thameslink services to and from St. Pancras.

On Great Northern, amended services will be in operation on some routes including between Moorgate, Hertford North and Potters Bar, and London King’s Cross and Potters Bar. Further information about affected routes, and rail replacement bus services, can be found here.

A reminder that parking enforcement measures are in place on matchdays. An extended Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) operates in Haringey and Enfield, so supporters are strongly encouraged to use public transport to travel to the stadium.

Supporters with Blue Badges can park within the CPZ – but are reminded that the Blue Badge Holder must be present with the badge. Invalid badges can result in PCNs or vehicles being towed.

Supporters can stay up to date with the latest travel news via TfL.gov.uk and nationalrail.co.uk, and receive real-time updates via the Spurs Matchday Info channel on WhatsApp.

Reminder - Regional Coach service available

Our Regional Coach service, operating from a number of destinations including routes within Spurs supporter heartlands, is available for all home matches.

An additional route has been added for this fixture to support fans affected by the travel disruption, serving the following pick-up locations: Bishops Stortford, Cambridge, Saffron Walden, Trumpington.

Stations

Please note that Bruce Grove and Silver Street stations will be closed for two hours post-match on Sunday.

White Hart Lane

On the Weaver line, 7 services are expected to call at White Hart Lane before and after the game. Services operate between Liverpool Street and Enfield Town/Cheshunt.

Supporters travelling to Liverpool Street post-match are reminded that Northumberland Park services have greater capacity and frequency to those at White Hart Lane, and the journey time should be shorter as there are fewer stops.

White Hart Lane is a fully accessible station.

CLICK HERE to view the northbound Weaver line timetable...

CLICK HERE to view the southbound Weaver line timetable...

Northumberland Park

If travelling on Greater Anglia services, we recommend using Northumberland Park as it is a shorter distance to the stadium than Tottenham Hale.

Northumberland Park is also recommended for supporters heading to Liverpool Street after the game as it will have a higher train capacity than White Hart Lane.

The following services will be in operation through Northumberland Park on Sunday:

Pre-match northbound: 10 trains per hour, including 3 Stansted Express services

Post-match northbound: 7 trains per hour, including 1 Stansted Express service

Pre-match southbound: 12 trains per hour, including 5 Stansted Express services

Post-match southbound: 10 trains per hour, including 4 Stansted Express services

CLICK HERE to view the full Greater Anglia timetable...

Tottenham Hale

Tottenham Hale is a fully accessible station and is served by the Victoria line and Greater Anglia services.

Supporters travelling on the Victoria line are encouraged to use Tottenham Hale rather than Seven Sisters as it is a shorter journey to and from the stadium. Victoria line services will operate every 2-3 minutes in both directions before and after the game.

There will also be 12 Greater Anglia services per hour operating in each direction through Tottenham Hale, including 4 Stansted Express trains each way. We recommend using Northumberland Park for Greater Anglia services as it is a shorter distance to the stadium than Tottenham Hale.

Seven Sisters

Victoria line services will be operating every 2-3 minutes in each direction before and after the game.

Pre-match, a diversion route will be in place at Birstall Road for pedestrians entering Seven Sisters station for interchange between the Victoria line and London Overground services. This is to avoid congestion on the northbound platform.

We encourage supporters to consider using Tottenham Hale for Victoria Line services as it is a shorter distance to the stadium than Seven Sisters.

Queue management

Queue management systems will be in place at all stations for the safety of all passengers and staff.

At each station, the queue management staff are in contact with the Station Managers who will confirm when platforms are clear to enable more passengers to enter the station. For the safety of all passengers and staff, supporters are kindly asked to cooperate with station staff and always follow their instructions.

Shuttle buses

The Club operates a free Shuttle Bus service from Wood Green (Piccadilly Line) and Alexandra Palace (Great Northern) stations to the stadium.

A reduced service is in operation at Alexandra Palace due to engineering works as part of the East Coast Digital Programme, and supporters are encouraged to check before they travel. The following services are expected to call at the station:

Pre-match northbound – 6 trains per hour

Pre-match southbound – 7 trains per hour

Post-match northbound – 7 trains per hour

Post-match southbound – 7 trains per hour

The Piccadilly line is expected to operate with services every 2-3 minutes in both directions throughout the day.

Controlled Parking Zone

A reminder that parking enforcement measures are in place on matchdays. An extended Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) operates in Haringey and Enfield, so supporters are strongly encouraged to use public transport to travel to the stadium.

Supporters with Blue Badges can park within the CPZ – but are reminded that the Blue Badge Holder must be present with the badge. Haringey Council staff actively check Blue Badges at all games, and invalid badges can result in a Penalty Charge Notice or your vehicle being towed.

Dele back in N17 for the NLD on Sunday!

Dele back in N17 for the NLD on Sunday! - Tottenham Hotspur
Description

Dele returns to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Sunday as our special guest for the north London derby (4.30pm UK).

One of the most popular players of the modern era - 67 goals in 269 appearances in all competitions - the attacking midfielder won the hearts of Spurs fans over his seven years in Lilywhite, 2015-22. It says it all that his song 'we've got Dele...' was the first sung by fans at the new stadium, ahead of opening night against Palace in April, 2019.

Supporters will be able to serenade him again at half-time on Sunday, when he will no doubt reminisce about some magical Spurs memories with Paul Coyte.

Snapped up from MK Dons in February, 2015, Dele remained at MK for the rest of that 2014/15 season, spearheading them to promotion from League One - he was voted the Football League's Young Player of the Season.

Dele was phenomenal once he pulled on the Lilywhite shirt. He was voted PFA Young Player of the Year and named in the PFA’s Team of the Year in 2015/16 and 2016/17. His stunning turn and volley at Palace won Match of the Day's 2015/16 Goal of the Season. He scored twice in huge wins against Real Madrid in the UCL and Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in 2017/18. He scored again in a 3-1 win against the Blues in 2018/19, then added a delicious chip in the Carabao Cup win at Arsenal to his highlights reel. He set up Lucas Moura’s famous UCL semi-final winner at Ajax, and started eight games on the road to Madrid, including the final.

Internationally, Dele was part of England's Euro 2016 and 2018 FIFA World Cup squads, memorably scoring in the quarter-final win against Sweden as the Three Lions reached the semi-finals in Russia. He went on to earn 37 caps.

Dele eventually moved to Everton in February, 2022 and has since had spells at Everton, Besiktas and Como.
