Ben Davies became only the fourth player to reach a century of caps for Wales when he led his country out against Belgium on Monday evening.

Our longest-serving player follows in the footsteps of two former Spurs players - Gareth Bale and Chris Gunter - and goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey to hit three figures. Bale tops the list on 111, Gunter and Hennessey reached 109.

Ben joined us on 23 July, 2014 from Swansea. He progressed through Swansea's Academy to make 85 appearances in all competitions, including lifting the League Cup in 2013. He'd earned 10 caps on joining us.

Ben has completed 11 full seasons as a Spurs player. He made his debut for us in Europe - the Europa League play-off, first leg against AEL Limassol in Cyprus on 21 August, 2014.

Ben is one of only 29 players to make over 350 appearances for us since we joined the Football League in 1908. He's currently level on 358 with Darren Anderton. He has a couple of former team-mates in his sights - Eric Dier (365) and Aaron Lennon (367).

Appearances in all competitions

Ben is currently 10th in our all-time Premier League appearance list on 242, a list topped by his former team-mates Hugo Lloris, Heung-Min Son and Harry Kane.

Premier League appearances

Ben is just three appearances away from joining and four from overtaking Harry Kane at the top of our all-time European appearances list. Harry made 76 between his debut against Hearts in the Europa League in 2011 and departing in 2023. Ben moved up into second last season.
