Tottenham Hotspur would likely be ready to sell another of their promising young stars for the right price if a suitable offer arrives, according to Football London correspondent Alasdair Gold.
Tottenham have been the busiest Premier League club in terms of incomings with six new arrivals already finalised for Roberto De Zerbi in Andy Robertson, Marcos Senesi, Jan Paul van Hecke, Martin Dubravka, Mateus Fermandes and Sandro Tonali.
Spurs have already spent more than £235m in transfer fees but they aren't finished yet, with at least two more attackers expected to move to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium before the September 1 deadline.
Two of their top targets are Manchester City winger Savinho and Bournemouth's Eli Junior Kroupi, but the north London outfit will be looking to recoup money through sales of players De Zerbi doesn't see as part of his plans too.
They have already brought in around £50m for Luka Vuskovic following his switch to Brighton and Hove Albion, while Rad Dragusin, Alejo Veliz and Alfie Devine have also gone.
Spurs have also rejected a £38m bid from Nottingham Forest for Sweden international Lucas Bergvall, but they are expecting the Midlands outfit to return with an improved bid for the player they want to replace Manchester City bound Elliot Anderson.
Bergvall might not be the last potential young player on his way out this summer.
Gold: Tottenham Likely to Sell Will Lankshear if Valuation Met
Another Tottenham youngster who is attracting interest from a number of clubs is striker Will Lankshear.
The 21-year-old has made six first-team appearances for Spurs, but has spent the last two seasons out on loan at West Bromwich Albion and Oxford United.
Lankshear shone during his temporary spell at the Kassam Stadium despite even though the U's were relegated to League One, scoring 11 times in 43 Championship appearances.
The 6 ft 2 centre-forward has attracted offers from Sporting Lisbon, Wolves and Southampton, and even though those approaches were turned down by the north Londoners, Gold believes that if their valuation is met then they would probably sell.
Speaking on his latest YouTube video, the journalist said:
"Everyone's still trying to sign him in the Championship and at Sporting Lisbon. He's developed so much. Have you seen him in the videos and the photos? I saw it as he was kind of going through the season at Oxford.
"He has bulked up properly with the physicality of that league, and there are a lot of clubs really seriously looking at him, and I kind of feel that there's a very real possibility, as I was saying about Luka Vuskovic, that if someone comes in with the kind of price that Spurs would take for Lankshear, he'll go."
Morgan Rogers Ready to Snub Tottenham for Arsenal
Tottenham are big admirers of Aston Villa and England star Morgan Rogers as they look at options to strengthen their attack, but it is believed that the 23-year-old wants to join Arsenal instead.
The forward is the Gunners' top left-winger target in this summer window, although both north London clubs face a huge obstacle if they do firm up their interest, given Villa are said to value the player at £130m.
Some negotiation will be needed to structure a deal in a way that will make Villa happy, but as things stand it appears like Tottenham are more likely to sign a player from elsewhere given Rogers' preference.
