Everton fans will be hoping to see some big names come through the door this summer.

The Friedkins are finally going to be able to splash some cash on Merseyside and plenty of signings are needed.

David Moyes has taken up base in Miami as he has attended a number of Club World Cup games in Florida.

It has not been the quickest of starts for the Blues in the market, but Everton are looking to sign some players in the coming days.

Everton need to address their attacking options, which have caused issues for years now across various managers.

January proved a quiet window for the Blues as they avoided any further PSR issues, but the Friedkins want a statement signing for Everton this summer.

One of the names that have been floated around is Richarlison, with his Tottenham Hotspur future up in the air.

Tottenham approve move for Everton target Richarlison

Everton would be open to signing Richarlison this summer as he looks to play regular football in the World Cup campaign.

MORE EVERTON STORIES

A huge season awaits the Brazilian who has finally made a return to the national side following Carlo Ancelotti’s appointment.

According to Posta, Tottenham have now given Richarlison the green light to make a move to Turkey this summer.

It is believed Galatasaray are pushing to sign Richarlison as Victor Osimhen looks set for another move in the coming months.

This all comes before Thomas Frank has even had an opportunity to take a look at the Brazilian back at Hotspur Way.

Richarlison suggested he wants to fight for his Tottenham future following their Europa League triumph against Manchester United.

But serious competition already lies in his way, and more additions this summer could push Richarlison even further away from the starting XI.

Everton need a reliable striker this summer

Bringing Richarlison back to Merseyside for the Hill Dickinson Stadium would certainly be a fairytale story.

However, Everton have to make moves this summer that make sense financially.

Moyes has played down a return for Richarlison after being asked about the former Everton player towards the backend of the campaign.

The Toffees are in need of a reliable number nine who is unlikely to miss a lot of time through injury, which Richarlison cannot guarantee.
