Djed Spence played his part as England secured their place at the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Needing a win to book their place in next summer's showpiece tournament, the Three Lions got that win - and in some style - as they ran out 5-0 winners over Latvia in Riga.
Djed, who retained his place having started for the first time for England on Thursday in their 3-0 win over Wales at Wembley, played the full 90 minutes as goals from Anthony Gordon, a double from our all-time leading goalscorer Harry Kane, an own goal and an Eberechi Eze strike saw Thomas Tuchel's seal their place at the tournament which will be hosted in North America.
It was Djed's third cap.
England will learn their World Cup opponents in December's group stage draw.
