Tottenham have reportedly completed the signing of a new midfielder in the summer transfer window.
It's been an incredibly busy summer window for Spurs, especially when it comes to strengthening in the midfield department.
Tottenham have spent significantly to bring in new bodies in the middle of the park, with Mateus Fernandes arriving from West Ham and Sandro Tonali signing from Newcastle.
Spurs have also strengthened at the back with Marcos Senesi, Jan-Paul Van Hecke and Andy Robertson arriving through the door.
Tottenham's business doesn't appear to be over just yet, though, as they continue to build a squad Roberto De Zerbi can take to the next level.
The North London club have finished in 17th place in the Premier League two seasons on the bounce, so there's no doubt they need to turn things around quickly.
Tottenham sign midfielder
According to a report from insider The Secret Scout, Tottenham have completed the signing of midfielder Kwasi Senyah from Wolves in the summer transfer window.
A number of top clubs in the Premier League were pushing to sign the Wolves starlet, but it appears Tottenham have now won the race.
It's unclear which Premier League clubs were showing an interest in signing Senyah, but the 16-year-old had plenty of interest this summer.
Senyah joined Wolves back in 2024 in a move from Coventry City.
Tottenham working on academy and first team
Although Tottenham are investing heavily in improving their senior squad this summer, they are also looking to improve their academy.
In terms of their immediate future, Spurs do need to bring in reinforcements for the first team, but it's also imperative that they strengthen their academy options for the long-term future.
Signing young players for minimal fees can be hugely beneficial in the long term, allowing them to either develop them into senior players or sell them for a big profit.
Poaching the best young talents from other Premier League clubs is a common method for sides in England.
