Mohammed Kudus has already demonstrated that he has what it takes to succeed at Tottenham.
Daniel Levy was pleased when Kudus officially became a Spurs player after some back and forth with West Ham. The Ghanaian’s arrival saw him become the first player to transfer between Spurs and the Hammers since Scott Parker in 2011.
The forward set his expectations sky high during his first season at the London Stadium as he contributed to 28 goals in 48 appearances.
While his performances were not up to par last season, supporters will feel optimistic that Kudus can rediscover his best form in North London after a recent claim.

Tottenham players impressed by Kudus as Moussa Dembele comparison made
Tottenham signed Moussa Dembele from Fulham in 2012 with great expectations for the midfielder.
While things were not always smooth sailing, the Belgian’s talent was undeniable, and he quickly became a fan favourite at the London club.
After Kudus’ performance in Spurs’ 2-0 win against Reading, Lilywhite Rose owner John Wenham – speaking exclusively to Tottenham News – has drawn comparisons between the two players.
“He did really well against Reading, and there were a couple of really good movements from him where he got out of tight spaces,” Wenham said.
“He can dribble and carry the ball with strength and with power in a similar way that Dembele had, albeit he’s a winger. The assist was fantastic, laying it off to his other foot and playing it in for Luka Vuskovic.
“Everything I’m hearing is that the players are really impressed with him, which is always a good indication. So I think Kudus will be a regular starter for Tottenham next season in both the Premier League and UEFA Champions League.”
Kudus will explode under Frank
All eyes will be on Kudus during the rest of Spurs’ pre-season fixtures after his impressive start.
While it was only one game, the 24-year-old demonstrated a blend of physicality and technicality which brought fans to their feet. Whether there is one or three opposition players in front, he has already shown a knack for getting out of tricky situations.
As such, Kudus has the talent to explode under Frank if given the license to roam across the pitch. He is someone who can harm opponents, whether in the midfield or across the frontline, and Frank should use this to his advantage.
Therefore, the midfielder is one to keep an eye on as the season unfolds.
