Igor Tudor will be desperate for his first win in charge of Tottenham when they travel to Craven Cottage to face Fulham on Sunday.
Spurs’ 4-1 loss to Arsenal at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium last Sunday has left them four points above the relegation zone, with fans becoming increasingly concerned over their Premier League status for next season.
Although relegation may seem unthinkable, a loss to Fulham would not only deepen that fear, but it would also show that Tudor is definitely not having the desired impact that he craved.
With the clash against their London rivals looming, it is imperative that they learn from their mistakes and secure all three points on 1 March.
Fulham predicted as favourites vs Tottenham
Fulham come into the match off the back of an impressive 3-1 away win against Sunderland last Sunday, and Marco Silva has the fans believing they could make a push for the European places.
MORE SPURS STORIES
The Cottagers are currently 10th in the table, and they’ll fancy their chances against a Spurs side that is completely out of sorts.
According to Opta, Fulham are the comfortable favourites.
Tottenham are winless in their last nine Premier League matches, and 2026 has truly been a miserable year for the fans so far.
Only once have they gone 10 without victory, doing so between January and March 1994 under Osvaldo Ardiles.
If Spurs fail to win, not only would they match this 32-year record, but it would leave them in even more danger of being relegated.
After winning seven consecutive away league games against Fulham between 2010 and 2023, Spurs have also lost their last two matches at Craven Cottage by an aggregate score of 5-0.
Where will Tottenham’s remaining Premier League wins come from?
Tottenham are the only side in the Premier League without a victory in 2026 so far, which shows how far they have fallen in the last couple of years.
It’s only the fourth time they’ve gone through January and February without a league win, after doing so in 1935, 1994 and 1999.
Their last win in the competition was a 1-0 victory over Crystal Palace on 28 December, which will feel like such a long time ago.
However, they still have to play the likes of Palace, Leeds, Nottingham Forest and Brighton in N17, which is a huge boost for Tudor.
Four wins from their last 11 games should be enough to seal Premier League safety, and they definitely have a few matches where they should be able to compete.
And although they might not be favourites against Fulham, Spurs definitely have the quality to overcome an inconsistent side.
