David Ornstein has revealed how close Igor Tudor is to getting the sack at Tottenham Hotspur, less than a month after he replaced Thomas Frank.
Calls for Tudor to be sacked have grown extremely loud after the Croat has lost all four of his games in charge.
Reports indicate that the Tottenham squad has completely lost faith in Tudor, and the players have been left shocked by his decisions and approach.
Vinai Venkatesham and Johan Lange are set to decide on whether to make another managerial change, with the Lewis family not expected to interfere, even though the Lilywhites appear to be sleepwalking towards relegation.
Tottenham are actively working on options to replace Igor Tudor
The Athletic’s David Ornstein now reports that Spurs are actively working on possible candidates to take over from the former Juventus boss if they do decide that another change is needed in the dugout.
With Tudor failing to have the impact he was bought in for, the North London side are said to be exploring a further alteration in management in an effort to secure their Premier League status.
Ornstein claims that Spurs are making contingency plans to bring Tudor’s reign to an end following the clash against Liverpool, should a depleted Tottenham side fall to another loss at Anfield.

However, the same update explained that Tottenham would have to convince the former Burnley boss about the attractiveness of the job, given the predicament the Lilywhites find themselves in at the moment.
