Spurs fans will love the admission that Harry Kane has made about Tottenham Hotspur following their friendly against Bayern Munich on Thursday.
Tottenham were thrashed 4-0 at the Allianz Arena and failed to even lay a glove on their opponents, with Thomas Frank admitting that Spurs lacked energy against Bayern.
Predictably, it was Kane who opened the scoring for the home side, taking a brilliant touch to bring the ball down and stroking it into the far corner with his left foot.
The 32-year-old’s run, touch and finish reminded Spurs fans what they have been missing for the last two years since their academy graduate departed to Bavaria.
