Tottenham Hotspur '100% in the market' in January and form is on 'upward trend' - Thomas Frank

Tottenham manager Thomas Frank says his side are "100% in the market" before the January transfer window closes but need to make good decisions for the short and long term. Frank also insisted that his team's performances are on an "upward trend" despite failing to win any of their five Premier League games in January. Spurs face Eintracht Frankfurt in the UEFA Champions League on Wednesday.
