Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly offered two players to Fenerbahce, but Jose Mourinho has not yet decided if he wants to sign them.

The summer transfer window has arrived and Tottenham have a chance to add players to their squad. However, Spurs may opt for addition by subtraction and sell some players before making new signings.

Some of the Tottenham first-team squad are coming towards the end of their contracts, meaning Spurs need to sell quickly if they are to receive a transfer fee.

One of these players is Yves Bissouma, who has only one year remaining on his current contract. Another is Richarlison, who has an additional year, but he has constantly been linked with a move away from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Tottenham offer Richarlison and Yves Bissouma to Fenerbahce

One recent report revealed Jose Mourinho wants to sign Bissouma from Tottenham. Another source has now appeared to suggest the move could happen, but the former Spurs manager has not yet given it the green light.

Turkiye Gazetesi have claimed Spurs have offered Bissouma to Fenerbahce, but Mourinho has not yet made a decision on whether he wants the club to enter transfer talks for the midfielder.

As well as Bissouma, Richarlison has reportedly also been offered to Fenerbahce, after Edin Dzeko left the club.

Richarlison previously rubbished rumours linking him to a move away from Spurs, after he was said to be interested in a move to the Saudi Pro League. However, his links to Fenerbahce appear to have been instigated by Tottenham, rather than a personal desire from him to sign for the Turkish outfit.

Richarlison and Bissouma had difficult seasons at Spurs

Richarlison has had a torrid time with injuries since making the switch from Everton to Spurs. This season alone, he missed 37 matches due to injury. He has shown he loves the club, but an eventual move seems inevitable.

Yves Bissouma has had injury struggles of his own, but his biggest problem has been consistency. On his day, he is a tough tackler and provides a strong presence in the centre of the park. However, he often lets the game pass him by and did not look at his best until near the end of the season.
