Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with Brentford duo Bryan Mbeumo and Yoane Wissa ahead of the summer, and Brentford are willing to listen to offers for both.

It is no secret that the Spurs are expected to be on the search for new forwards this summer, with Richarlison and Timo Werner expected to depart, and big question marks remaining on the futures of Mathys Tel and possibly even captain Heung-min Son.

It has been widely reported that Tottenham are considering a move for Bryan Mbeumo, whose future at Brentford is thought to be in doubt.

According to various outlets, Brentford are braced for offers from Mbeumo this summer as the interest in the forward’s services starts to grow.

How much will Tottenham have to pay for Bryan Mbeumo?

Sky Sports have now reported that Brentford will indeed listen to offers for the Cameroon international, but they are not under any pressure to sell him.

Mbeumo has one year left on his contract, but the Bees have the option to extend it by a further year, which is why they are relaxed about his future.

There is a feeling at the Gtech Community Stadium that the 25-year-old has earned the opportunity to move to a bigger club this summer, but that does not mean that he will come cheap.

MORE SPURS STORIES

The West London club are expected to demand in excess of £60m when clubs come knocking for Mbeumo this summer.

Wissa, who turns 29 in September, will be available for a lot less, with Brentford turning down a £22m bid in January. Tottenham have been watching Wissa this season, so it remains to be seen whether the Lilywhites make a bid.

Thomas Frank and Christian Norgaard make Mbeumo admission

Just a few days ago, Thomas Frank admitted that Mbeumo will be sold this summer, but only for the right fee.

Frank admitted that Brentford are a selling club, but he made it clear that the former Troyes man will be “expensive”, given the kind of track record he has over the last couple of seasons.

The Bees captain went one step further, with Christian Norgaard admitting to the media back in March that Mbeumo is likely to leave the club this summer.
