Tottenham are now in Sydney after successfully dispatching Auckland FC 2-0 in New Zealand over the weekend
Tottenham forward Manor Solomon is still prioritising a transfer away from the club despite starting Spurs' 2-0 friendly win over Auckland FC.
That's according to agent Ronen Katsav, who is one of the player's long-standing representatives.
While Shlomy Ben Ezra is Solomon's main agent, Katsav remains involved in conversations around the 27-year-old's future, which still appears to lie away from north London.
Speaking to Israel's Sport 5, he has now made it clear Solomon is still striving to leave Tottenham this window in search of regular playing time, explaining: “Next season? I don’t like to speculate.
"We have over a month left in the transfer window. What I will say is that the goal will be a permanent transfer, not a loan. Statistically speaking, the last week of the window is the busiest.

“He wants to be dominant and make an impact, and that probably won’t happen at Tottenham. It doesn’t seem like the right place for him, and they’ve given up on him too easily along the way.
"The real goal is to find a place where he can play regularly. Manor is a very high-quality player, both mentally and professionally.”
Solomon is keen to continue playing in Europe's top-five leagues following loan spells with Villarreal and Fiorentina, where he was signed by ex-Spurs chief Fabio Paratici, last term.
He has two years left to run on his current deal at Tottenham and is not thought to be part of Roberto De Zerbi's plans, even though he was handed starts against MK Dons and Auckland.
Katsav continued: “He needs to be given a training camp as a Tottenham player right now. The fact that he’s starting in friendlies doesn’t mean anything, a coach can start with a second or third, string lineup and then mix things up; it doesn’t mean a thing."
It is not yet clear which clubs are showing interest in the winger, who has also previously played for Leeds, Fulham and Shakhtar Donetsk.
Solomon mustered two goals in 16 Serie A outings for La Viola during the second half of last season, helping the Italian club achieve survival following a tough domestic campaign.
Tottenham are thought to be interested in adding another winger to their squad with Manchester City's Savinho and Cody Gakpo among their targets.
