Micky van de Ven became the latest Tottenham Hotspur player to sustain an injury during this international break after being stood on during the Netherlands' Nations League match against Serbia.
Luka Jovic landed on the Spurs player's left arm after challenging for the ball in the final few minutes of Sunday's game. Van de Ven remained down after the incident, holding his left hand in pain.
National team captain Virgil van Dijk went over to check on his team-mate, followed by two members of the Netherlands' medical staff. They helped Van de Ven off the pitch after assessing his injury.

When Tottenham players will return to training ahead of Man Utd as international breaks nears end
Dutch head coach Xavi had made his fifth and final substitution minutes earlier, leaving the team down to ten players. However, they held on to win 2-1.
The Netherlands are now top of Group A2, ahead of Greece on goals scored. They have also avoided direct relegation to League B, as they can no longer finish below Serbia, who are on zero points.
Xavi was asked about Van de Ven during his post-match press conference in Eindhoven. The former Barcelona coach said: "He's OK, he felt dizzy because he suffered (an injury) in the finger, it's not a big injury."
Spurs' captain is the second of their Dutch defenders to be stepped on in a Nations League match against Serbia during this international break. Jan Paul van Hecke was the first one to experience it during their reverse fixture in Belgrade a week earlier.
He managed to stay on the pitch and see out their 2-1 win. Van Hecke, however, lasted just seven minutes of an open training session in Zeist before being seen in conversation with Xavi.
The player then sat down in the dugout without taking any further part. An announcement of his withdrawal then arrived soon after.

Van Hecke returned to Spurs instead of travelling to Thessaloniki last week for their match against Greece. He started their first two Nations League matches alongside Van de Ven.
Xavi explained : "During the match against Serbia, someone stepped on him. He didn't realise it during the match, but afterwards it was impossible for him to play.
"He really wanted to try, but he was in a lot of pain. That is why we decided to take him off the list. He tried to participate in recovery training [on Tuesday]. He tried again today (Wednesday), but he couldn't touch the ball."
