Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in signing the West Ham United attacker Jarrod Bowen.
As per TEAMtalk, the experienced attacker is also on Manchester United’s radar. He has consistently proven himself in the Premier League, and it will be interesting to see if Tottenham can get the deal done.
Tottenham could use Jarrod Bowen
They need more quality on the flanks, and signing the 29-year-old would be a masterstroke for them. The English attacker has the quality to play for the biggest clubs in the country, and the opportunity to join the London club could be exciting for him.
West Ham are currently fighting for survival and are unlikely to challenge for major trophies any time soon. Even though Tottenham are in a similar position this season, they are a big club with a quality team. They could bounce back strongly and fight for trophies in the upcoming seasons.
Bowen move could be difficult
West Ham will not want to lose the 29-year-old easily, and it will be interesting to see if Tottenham can negotiate a reasonable deal. Signing someone who is well settled in the Premier League would be ideal for them. Bowen could make an immediate impact and transform Tottenham in the final third. He will create opportunities for his teammates and find the back of the net as well.
The report claims that Tottenham view him as a “complete footballer”, and they rate him highly. However, he has a contract with West Ham until 2030, and it will be difficult to convince the Hammers to sell their star attacker.
Manchester United could use more quality on the flanks as well, and it will be interesting to see where the England International ends up. Bowen has 82 goals and 55 assists for West Ham so far.
