You couldn't ask for two better legends to preview our trip to Forest in the Premier League on Saturday (3pm UK) - Michael Dawson and Andy Reid.
Both came through Forest's youth system before joining us together in January, 2005. 'Daws', our future captain, made his debut for Forest aged 18 and made 91 appearances before switching to Spurs. 'Reidy' was also 18 and scored on his Forest debut, the first of 160 appearances before heading to N17.
Capped 29 times by the Republic of Ireland, Reidy moved to Charlton in the summer of 2006. Daws went on to make 324 appearances for us over nine years, 2005-2014, winning the League Cup and helping take us into the Champions League for the first time in 2010.
Now 44, Andy went on to make 451 career appearances and returned to Forest to coach in their Academy in 2021.
Daws, now 42, had the final three years of his career back at Forest after a spell at Hull City, taking him to 579 career appearances. He's a popular as ever as a Club Ambassador and a regular on Sky Sports' Soccer Saturday - where he'll watch this game this weekend.

"Forest come into this on the back of a good point at Anfield last week. They've a new manager in Oliver Glasner, a different formation, wing-backs, but what I do know is we'll have to keep Morgan Gibbs-White quiet, a player who is so important for Forest. I always say, it's always about what we do away from home, trying to get a good performance and get some points on the board, that's what it comes down to. We saw an improvement in the performance against Newcastle last week, but it still is about getting points on the board and Roberto De Zerbi and the guys will know that. I'm expecting another tough game, just like last season when Spurs went to the City Ground, great atmosphere, I'm looking forward to it - and I'll be watching on Soccer Saturday."

"I'm expecting an interesting game. Obviously, a lot of new signings have come in at Tottenham, so let's see how they settle in and how the team starts to take shape. There's no doubt about it, some quality players have come in. Have they gelled yet as a team? I think it remains to be seen. So, it will be interesting, to see how that goes. From the Forest point of view, new manager, new approach. There's been some additions to the squad but generally stayed the same. Oliver Glasner has a very set way of playing with a lot of non-negotiables within that, so, two contrasting styles in some ways. I think that makes for an interesting game. I'm expecting it to be very competitive. I'm expecting the atmosphere to be good. Looking at the game - I don't think there'll be loads and loads of chances. I think the team that can take their chances at the right times could be the team that goes on to win. The timing of the goals, the first goal, could be key to it. If Forest gets the first goal, the crowd will get right up for it. Then, it could be difficult for Tottenham. If Tottenham gets the first goal, that could make it difficult for Forest. So, that first goal could be the key to the game."
