Tottenham have been handed another fresh injury blow with Djed Spence missing from their squad to face Manchester City. The versatile defender played the full 90 minutes of the Champions League win over Eintracht Frankfurt, but is missing from the weekend's squad.

We can now confirm the starting XI and substitutes for our Premier League encounter Manchester City on Sunday.

Thomas Frank has made four changes to the side which started our 2-0 win at Eintracht Frankfurt in the UEFA Champions League in midweek.

That Spurs bench tells its own story. Thomas Frank has been beset by injuries for the bulk of the season. He’s without Maddison, Kulusevski, Kudus, Van de Ven, Bentancur, Bergvall, Porro and Davies today – and that’s just off the top of my head.

Pep Guardiola has lost Jeremy Doku to a calf injury and has gone with Cherki and Antoine Semenyo in attack either side of Erling Haaland.

Semenyo and fellow new signing Marc Guehi are back in the team after being ineligible in Europe on Wednesday.
