Liverpool have had quite the transfer window this summer — keeping themselves busy from the early signing of Jeremie Frimpong right up until today, with rumours promising to stretch all the way until Deadline Day.

After winning the Premier League title again, the Reds have undergone a significant squad restructure. Arne Slot has finally put his stamp on things after making minimal changes to the team inherited from Jurgen Klopp.

Eight players have left the club on permanent deals this window, including Luis Diaz and Darwin Nunez. Liverpool could sanction further sales before the market closes for business, too.

Harvey Elliott transfer latest

Amid uncertainty over his position at Anfield, Harvey Elliott has been heavily linked with an exit in recent weeks. The 22-year-old has struggled for regular playing time recently and has admitted he needs to focus on what’s best for his career.

He hasn’t been short of admirers, either. Tottenham Hotspur are among the clubs showing interest in Elliott but they could be set to miss out, with RB Leipzig now seemingly in pole position for his signature.

According to Football Insider, the Bundesliga side are ‘finalising talks’ over a deal for the versatile midfielder. Elliott is thought to be keen on the idea of moving to Germany, having seen the likes of Jude Bellingham and Jadon Sancho previously thrive.

“RB Leipzig are still there exploring this move for Harvey Elliott,” Pete O’Rourke told the outlet. “There has been some talks held between the two clubs and the Elliott’s representatives.

“I still think there’s a real strong possibility that he could end up making that move to Germany. If they [Liverpool] can bring in £40 million plus for Harvey Elliott, they can use that to help balance the books and to use that for those other potential transfers before the deadline.”

Liverpool boosting PSR status with homegrown sales

Signing crucial starting figures like Frimpong, Florian Wirtz and Hugo Ekitike were huge statements from the club, but the players they have sold so far are even more telling.

Liverpool have done good business with their sales this window. While the big sales of Diaz and Nunez have been significant, they have impressed with other deals, having pocketed about £85 million in initial fees for six players who were either youth stars or development projects. Ben Doak was the latest to be sold, following Trent Alexander-Arnold, Caoimhin Kelleher, Jarell Quansah, Tyler Morton and Nat Phillips.

Combined, the group cost Liverpool an initial £600,000, meaning the profit made this summer is an immediate and significant boost on the profit and sustainability front.

If the Reds sell Elliott for the quoted £40 million, they will have made a huge profit on him as well. There have also been reports of a buy-back clause being included in any potential sale, allowing Liverpool the chance to bring him back to Anfield in the future.

Liverpool haven’t just bought well this summer, one of the key reasons why they could still spend even more is because of how well they sell players too.

It would have been easy to accept the first decent offers for players who Richard Hughes had earmarked to move on, but they were rewarded for their patience in the deals that saw Luis Diaz move to Bayern Munich and Darwin Nunez to Saudi Arabia. According to the Premier League’s net spend table, several clubs have spent more that the Reds with even those like Sunderland and Newcastle not far behind.

Update on Harvey Elliott’s Liverpool future

One of the key reasons for the success has been setting the right price and getting the right type of deal. It would have been a blow to lose Jarell Quansah for £35m, but Liverpool have a buy-back clause and first refusal to bring the England international back to Anfield should he do well for Bayer Leverkusen. That the initial fee might be lower than his true value doesn’t matter due to the clauses that could make a difference in the future.

This is why Harvey Elliott’s future at Liverpool is still uncertain. As with Quansah, the England Under-21 international isn’t a key player, he isn’t irreplaceable, however, he is a reliable rotational option and solid squad player. That he is home grown also serves as a benefit for UEFA’s quotas and squad regulations. As the clock ticks ddown on the transfer window, a player of Elliott’s ability could quickly become in-demand despite transfer journalist Ben Jacob’s claiming that the playmaker might stay put.

Writing on X, Jacob’s said: “Liverpool's preference is to keep Harvey Elliott. Leipzig still working on a deal, but nothing agreed club-to-club as of Thursday morning. At the right price, Liverpool will reluctantly sanction a sale due to understanding Elliott's desire to start every week. Yet Elliott staying would be welcomed by Liverpool as he remains a valued squad player.”

Why Spurs should go for Elliott instead of £50m-rated wonderkid

It is probably an identical situation with Diaz in that he was valued by the manager, was a trusted member of the squad and didn’t cause any problems. With two years left on his contract though, there was a decision that had to be made. At a price tag of a reported £50m, it would be a surprise to see Elliott still in the red of Liverpool when the window closes.

What makes this valuation even more attractive is the reported interest in Tyler Dibling from Tottenham Hotspur, who have already been linked with Elliott. After losing out to Arsenal for Eberechi Eze, Spurs desperately need to provide cover and depth for the loss of James Maddison through injury and Son Heung-min after his move to MLS.

Fabrizio Romano named Spurs as having held talks about signing Dibling, however, Elliott is far better value for money and has the better pedigree at Premier League level. Despite not looking to force Elliott out the door, there is a chance for Liverpool to cut the sort of deal that gives them the best of both worlds.

Everton’s transfer window has been as frustrating as the performance on the opening day of the Premier League campaign against Leeds Utd.

The work that has been done by David Moyes has been good though with Adam Aznou an exciting prospect, Thierno Barry having a good profile and both Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall and Jack Grealish offering the sort of creativity that has been badly missed.

Everton face Premier League transfer battle for Tyler Dibling

The Toffees boss is excited about the prospect of working with Grealish and in a World Cup year with something to prove, the on loan maverick could be a gem of a signing. The England international can’t do it all on his own though which is why Everton have been trying to sign Tyler Dibilng for most of the summer. The teenage winger at Southampton is one of the country’s most exciting talents, however, the Championship outfit’s £50m valuation is proving to be a stubborn figure. A £40m offer from Everton has already been rejected.

What doesn’t help Everton’s cause, is that another Premier League club that is every bit as desperate for creativity in the forward line has joined the hunt for the 19-year old with Fabrizio Romano revealing that Tottenham Hotspur are now considering a move too. Spurs’ summer has been every bit as disappointing as the Blues’ with a season ending injury to James Maddision compounding the loss of Son Heung-min.

After agreeing personal terms for Eberechi Eze and a fee with Crystal Palace, Spurs looked to have secured their man only for an agreement that allowed the player to play one last game to come back and haunt them. With Kai Havertz suffering what looks like a long-term injury, Arsenal have hijacked the deal and the Emirates is where the Eagles’ talisman is heading.

What has Romano said about Everton’s move for Dibling?

Speaking on his YouTube channel, transfer supremo Romano has explained what the latest is in Everton’s hunt for Dibling: “Then for Tottenham, another name I think we have to watch is Tyler Dibling. Tyler Dibling is a top target for Everton. The Everton remain in negotiations for Tyler Dibling.

“But tonight internal talks, they had at Tottenham also the name of Tyler Dibling was mentioned internally at the club. And then a player they would love to add and they made some contact a few days ago already was Xavi Simons. But Xavi Simons has his heart set on a move to Chelsea Football Club. So now for Tottenham, it's going to be not easy for sure after the crazy Morgan Gibbs White story and after this as a story to try understand what they can do next.

“(Morgan) Rogers is very difficult. Xavi Simons wants to go to Chelsea. Tyler Dibling and Everton are already negotiations and obviously it's different kind of players. So let's see what Tottenham want to do. I still expect them to try to sign two players.”

Liverpool are still on the market for another new centre-back following the arrival of Giovanni Leoni. With concerns raised around their defence, the Premier League champions are eager to significantly bolster their options across the backline.

While Leoni became a regular starter for former club Parma in the second half of last season, the 18-year-old is unlikely to be thrown into the deep end right away with the Reds. Liverpool remain interested in signing another central defender who can contest for the space alongside Virgil van Dijk.

Brentford captain Nathan Collins is a candidate the Reds are considering but they’re now up against stiff competition to get a deal done.

Liverpool face competition for Nathan Collins

According to CaughtOffside, Tottenham Hotspur are also in the running for Collins’ signature and are now ‘stepping up their efforts’ to sign him.

Spurs’ current manager Thomas Frank joined the club from Brentford and he is eager to be reunited with the 24-year-old. The report claims that ‘contacts are expected to take place imminently’ as the club work on bringing Collins in.

Manchester United are also keen on signing the Bees captain, particularly as most of their focus this summer has been on bolstering their attack. However, their current financial situation means they must sell players before they table an serious offers, putting them at a disadvantage in the race for Collins.

Meanwhile, Liverpool are in a much stronger position to complete financially. The Reds have been extremely busy this summer and have sold eight players so far. Offloading the likes of Luis Diaz and Darwin Nunez saw more than £120 million combined agreed through sales, while they’ve also made significant profit on Tyler Morton and Ben Doak.

Will Brentford sell Nathan Collins to Liverpool?

As things stand, it’s going to be a tough task to sign Collins. The centre-back is under contract until 2029 for one, meaning the club are under no pressure to be forced into selling. The Bees are also eager not to lose any further key players, having sold Bryan Mbeumo and Christian Norgaard to Premier League rivals already.

While Collins is one of the main names on Liverpool’s transfer shortlist, ‘no official approach’ has been made just yet. Marc Guehi is also reportedly viewed as ‘more of a priority’ to sign than the Brentford star.

Spurs are ‘upping their efforts’ to sign Collins this summer and the lure of playing under former manager Frank again could also tip the scales in their direction.

An asking price for Collins has not been specified but given Brentford signed him just two years ago, it’s highly likely they will want significantly more than the £23 million they paid Wolves.

If Liverpool want to see a deal materialise, they will need to act fast and table a convincing offer. Not only will they need to persuade Brentford to sell in the first place, but they will need to pitch a better offer than Tottenham.

The Bees value Collins highly and have named him their captain for this season, meaning they clearly have big plans for him moving forwards. A feature piece on Collins posted to the club’s website also refers to him as a ‘born leader’, and goes into depth about his life, career and rise so far.

A Premier League rivals have reportedly made a Liverpool transfer target a ‘very good offer’.

The Reds are still active in the transfer market despite spending in the region of £300 million. The Premier League champions still hope that they can come to an agreement with Newcastle United to sign Alexander Isak after having a £110 million bid rejected. It is suggested that Isak has no intention of playing for the Magpies again.

And Liverpool remain hopeful that they can bolster their defensive options. The Reds have brought in Giovanni Leoni from Parma for £26 million but he is very much for the future. Leoni is only 18 and only made a first-team breakthrough in the 2024-25 season.

Slot will want another senior option to add competition and cover for Virgil van Dijk, Ibrahima Konate and Joe Gomez in the middle of his rearguard. Konate is out of contract at the end of the season and there are suggestions he could leave for Real Madrid on a free transfer, while Gomez has suffered injury problems in recent years.

Guehi discussions

Marc Guehi is the central defender who Liverpool are in pursuit of. Discussions have been ongoing with Crystal Palace over signing their captain, who has 10 months remaining on his Selhurst Park deal.

Palace chairman Steve Parish has admitted that the club will reluctantly sell Guehi this summer rather than risk losing him on a free next year. Last summer, Newcastle United had bids of up to £65 million rejected for the England international, while Tottenham Hotspur offered £70 million in January.

Speaking on the interest a year ago, Parish told BBC Sport: “We’d like to keep hold of him. There’s a price and a situation where we might consider it. Somebody [in another interview] said he’s a superstar, so somebody has got to pay superstar money. Realistically, homegrown, 24 years old, sensational talent, somebody has to make it difficult for us. At the moment it isn’t. He’ll still be at Crystal Palace at the moment, but it’s not impossible.

“He is certainly not making anybody’s life difficult, his agents are decent people. It’s a very good situation. Whether he is here or not will make no difference to how he performs.”

Spurs offer

Liverpool are hoping to reach a fee with Palace. A figure of £35 million has been mooted but the Eagles, who were captained to FA Cup glory by Guehi last season, may want more.

Given his contractual situation, Guehi has been linked elsewhere. According to Spurs insider Paul O’Keefe, the North London side have made the 25-year-old a ‘very good offer’. However, Guehi only wants to move to Anfield.

Speaking on the Last Word On Spurs podcast, O’Keefe said: “The word within Palace is that it’s basically Liverpool or bust. He (a Palace source) did say the offer from Spurs on personal terms was very, very good. But it might be case with Marc that if he doesn’t get his Liverpool move, he’ll stay this season, see it out and leave on a free.

If you think about it logically, we offered £70 million for Guehi and the club were prepared to accept that fee but the player’s camp said it’s too late in the window, we don’t have time to access their offer and are not interested. Now, because of that, Palace have lost probably £40 million because if Palace sell him it’s likely to reach £30 million.”

Troy Deeney has tipped Jack Grealish to thrive at Everton as he will have his shackles taken off him.

The 29-year-old has moved to the Toffees on a season-long loan from Manchester City. Grealish cost City a then-British record fee of £100 million when he signed from Aston Villa in 2021. And despite winning three Premier Leagues, the Champions League and FA Cup at the Etihad Stadium, he fell down the pecking order.

Last season. the forward made just seven league starts and was left on the bench for the FA Cup loss to Crystal Palace. Grealish was also omitted from Pep Guardiola’s squad for the Club World Cup.

There are some who feel that Grealish’s mercurial style was stifled by Guardiola. But he joins an Everton team who are desperate for attacking spark and Deeney believes that David Moyes will give Grealish freedom in the No.10 role.

Former Watford striker Deeney also admitted that he was surprised that Tottenham Hotspur did not try to sign the England international after James Maddison sustained an ACL injury which will keep him out for most of the season. But it can very much be Everton’s advantage.

What’s been said

Speaking on talkSPORT, Deeney said: “I love it for Jack. I think him going to play for David Moyes, who is seen to have a structured team but likes his forward players to go and express themselves. It is perfect for him.

“I am surprised that Spurs haven't gone in and got Jack, if I am being totally honest. But it's a really good landing spot for Everton and Jack. I think it's Spurs being a bit too tight. Spurs always try to get a young player, a cheaper one and then they go: I can't believe we don't win anything' it's the same every year.

“For Jack, he needs to play, it's a World Cup year. Last year, he was harshly treated at times by Pep and that's gone on previous behaviour which he has been rewarded for. But Jack will be buzzing. He's at a team where he knows David Moyes will play him, Everton going into a new stadium, there is so much expectation. It'll be like going back to Villa in a sense. He'll be a massive player rather than a small part at Man City.

“I think so (it's important Grealish plays in the middle). Everton play [Iliman] Ndiaye off the left and he was excellent at the back end of last year. I think he will play in the No.10, let him go and roam. With someone like Jack, he's charismatic in his life, he is outspoken and does what he does. Just let him be free. Everton have got that defensive structure and solid foundation. Just let him play football and you'll see the best version of him. For all the good stuff Pep Guardiola does, he kind of put him in a box and we didn't see the best of Jack Grealish.”

While the transfer headlines continue to be kept busy with new Liverpool updates, we can expect to see increasingly more as the final weeks of the summer window tick down.

Following their defeat in the Community Shield, the Reds’ next focus is now on defending their Premier League title. The champions were denied the chance of raising the curtain to the new season in style with a silverware lift, as Crystal Palace held their nerve to win the Shield on penalties.

Liverpool have welcomed a batch of impressive new signings through the door so far this window. While they remain active on the market in search of a new defender and potentially a deal for Alexander Isak, they could also sign off on some final sales.

Tottenham Hotspur ‘ready’ to make Harvey Elliott offer

Harvey Elliott remains linked with an exit from Anfield this summer. After playing just 360 Premier League minutes last season, the 22-year-old is now considering a future elsewhere, despite his love for the club.

Tottenham Hotspur have emerged as potential suitors for Elliott, following the collapse in their pursuit of Morgan Gibbs-White from Nottingham Forest.

Liverpool still highly value Elliott’s presence at Anfield, so they aren’t willing to let him go easy. But according to journalist Sébastien Vidal, Spurs are ‘ready to meet Liverpool’s demands’ to see a move materialise for the versatile midfielder.

The north London side are eager to boost their creativity in attack and plan to offer Elliott the regular playing time he is searching for.

Will Liverpool sell Harvey Elliott?

Liverpool are considering selling Elliott but they have clear expectations in mind when it comes to a deal. According to The Athletic, the Reds value the 22-year-old in excess of £40 million, and will let him leave for that amount if a buy-back clause is included in the deal. Otherwise, it will cost clubs upwards of £50 million to sign Elliott without such a clause.

Clearly still fond of Elliott and aware of the impact he has on the team, Liverpool are keeping the door open to potentially bring him back to Anfield in the future. The report from Vidal does not specify how much Spurs are willing to pay but if they want to bypass the buy-back clause, they’ll need to fork out £50 million or more.

Elliott himself has also opened the door to a potential exit, even though it may be a reluctant decision.

“If I had it my way I would be here for the rest of my career, it's as simple as that,” he recently said. “I love everything about the club, but at the same time I kind of need to be selfish and see what's best for me. I have big ambitions. I want to get in the World Cup squad.

“I want to keep being successful as a player. It's something I still need to review. I need to have a talk with everyone and review the situation. we have many new players who have come in so whether it blocks the path for me I'm not sure. It's something I need to have a look at and decide.”

Tottenham Hotspur are weighing up joining the race to sign a defender wanted by Liverpool, reports suggest.

The Reds have had a busy summer in the summer transfer window and their spending is set to be in excess of £250 million. Hugo Ekitike of Eintracht Frankfurt is set to become the latest arrival, with Arne Slot’s side splashing out an initial £69 million and a potential of £10 million in add-ons for the striker.

Liverpool not done

Liverpool have already recruited Florian Wirtz (£100 million), Milos Kerkez (£40 million), Jeremie Frimpong (£29.5 million) and Giorgi Mamardashvili (£29 million).

But with the Reds’ Premier League title defence beginning in less than a month’s time, head coach Slot may feel he’s an option light in central defence after the sale of Jarell Quansah to Bayer Leverkusen for up to £35 million.

Liverpool have three excellent choices to select from in Virgil van Dijk, Ibrahima Konate and Joe Gomez, with the former two chiefly forging the partnership that yielded a 20th English championship. But the Reds will need more depth if they are to not only try to win the league for a record-breaking 21st time but also compete for the Champions League, FA Cup and Carabao Cup.

Crystal Palace captain Marc Guehi is on Liverpool’s radar. He is in the final year of his Selhurst Park contract, which means that the Eagles may want to cash in rather than risk losing him for free next summer. Guehi ticks plenty of boxes for the Reds given he’s only just entered his peak years aged 25 and has more than 100 Premier League appearances under his belt. Last season, Guehi captained Palace to FA Cup glory for the first time in the club’s history.

The former Chelsea defender has been coveted by Newcastle United in the past. The Magpies had several bids turned down last year. In addition, Tottenham Hotspur reportedly made a £70 million offer in January that was rejected.

Spurs weigh up move for Guehi

According to The Telegraph, Spurs could revive their interest in Guehi with central defence a position that they are aiming to strengthen. Tottenham already have Cristian Romero, Micky van de Ven, Kevin Danso and Radu Dragusin as options, while Ben Davies and Archie Gray can operate in the role. But there is some uncertainty surrounding Romero’s future, with Atletico Madrid keen to sign the Argentine international. Thomas Frank, who took over the Spurs reins from Ange Postecoglou earlier this summer, has not guaranteed the long-term future of Romero.

Last summer, Palace chairman Steve Parish told BBC Sport on Guehi’s future: “Somebody [in another interview] said he’s a superstar, so somebody has got to pay superstar money.

Evertonians will be hoping that it is the month that the club’s transfer business starts to heat up.

It’s been a quiet summer so far for the Toffees in terms of incomings. The only addition so far is Charly Alcaraz, who has made his move to Merseyside permanently after an impressive loan spell during the second half of last season.

But given that 10 members of the squad that finished 13th in the Premier League last season have departed, including Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Abdoulaye Doucoure, additions are needed. There is money for David Moyes to enter the market but he will have to spend in the positions that will be priorities.

As a result, Moyes could also look to bring in some recruits on free transfers. There are a plethora of players who are now rendered free agents and looking for a new club. LiverpoolWorld has taken a look at some who are available and could fit the bill for Everton.

Free agents available

Kenny Tete

The obvious starting point. Everton have been in talks with the right-back about a potential deal. Tete has spent the past five years at Fulham and now they have come back to the table with fresh terms. However, the reports suggest that Tete is likely to remain in the capital.

Kyle Walker-Peters

If Tete opts against a switch to Merseyside then Moyes may look to bring in another full-back without paying a fee. Walker-Peters has left Southampton after their relegation from the Premier League and is capable of playing on both sides. However, Walker-Peters has been linked with Chelsea and a potential return to Tottenham Hotspur.

Javi Puado

Everton are currently short of natural wingers after Jack Harrison and Jesper Lindstrom's respective loan deals expired. Paudo fired 12 goals and four assists in 35 appearances for Espanyol last season and has been linked with Brighton, Nottingham Forest and Besiktas. He's also capable of operating as a centre-forward, which could appeal.

Luka Jovic

Everton are in the market for a striker and while Thierno Barry is seemingly the top target, Jovic would be a potential alternative. He has represented Benfica, Real Madrid, Fiorentina and most recently AC Milan in his career. However, Jovic is not a prolific goalscorer and made only 17 appearances last term.

Josh Brownhill

The midfielder has spent the past five years at Burnley and scored 18 goals on the way to promotion back to the Premier League last season. But Brownhill has not penned fresh terms at Turf Moor as he seemingly weighs up his options. Everton could look to add more depth in the engine room and they have been linked with Brownhill previously.

Sergio Reguilón

The Blues have just one recognised senior left-back in Vitalii Mykolenko. Reguilon has had somewhat of a nomadic few years and has been released by Tottenham Hotspur. However, he does have plenty of Premier League and European experience, having also played for Real Madrid, Sevilla and Atletico Madrid.

Fraser Forster

At least one back-up goalkeeper is required for Jordan Pickford after the exits of Joao Virginia and Asmir Begovic. Forster has departed Tottenham Hotspur and has a wealth of experience.

Ben Mee

The potential exit of Michael Keane, who remains in talks over potentially extending his stay means that Everton are slightly short in central defence with Michael Keane leaving. Anyone who arrives may have to settle for a support-act role behind Jarrad Branthwaite, James Tarkowski and Jake O'Brien. It means that a veteran may suit best and Mee may be attracted by a return to the north west after being released by Brentford.

Tim Krul

Another keeper who could come in for depth. Krul has more than 400 senior appearances under his belt and recently declared that he still wants to continue his career after leaving Luton Town.

Liverpool’s transfer business has hit all the headlines so far this summer. Incomings of the likes of Florian Wirtz and Milos Kerkez have excited fans, while behind the scenes sanctioning exits has been just as crucial.

Caoimhin Kelleher parted ways with the club after a decade at Anfield in an £18m move to Brentford, Nat Phillips departed permanently in a £3m deal with West Bromwich Albion, and the Reds managed to get £10m for Trent Alexander-Arnold as he moved to Real Madrid early ahead of the Club World Cup.

Further players are likely to leave before the window is over, including Darwin Nunez, Federico Chiesa and Jarell Quansah, the latter of whom has already agreed a £35m move to Bayer Leverkusen which is pending completion. One more Reds star has also been the subject of intense transfer speculation throughout recent months.

Harvey Elliott has been linked with Premier League rivals

Speculation around the future of Harvey Elliott has been rife ever since he expressed frustration at a lack of minutes in March, in a post-match interview after he scored a last-minute winner at PSG.

Brighton & Hove Albion have been linked with a club record-equalling £40m move for Elliott, while Wolves and Aston Villa have also been cited as having an interest, among others.

Elliott shone in the U21 Euros with England, winning Player of the Tournament as his five goals inspired the Young Lions to go all the way and win the tournament for a second consecutive time. This will only have alerted more clubs to the 22-year-old’s situation in Merseyside, as he is more than capable of starting for the majority of clubs in the Premier League and others across Europe.

Former Liverpool midfielder Joe Cole said of Elliott on Channel 4 during the tournament: "I love the kid, he plays football the right way. I am excited for his future. He has done a great job for Liverpool, but if he decides to move on, there are levels to move on again. That passion, he can show every week.

"Anyone outside the top six he comfortably walks into, and then two years on that level he comes back to Liverpool's level and competes. He started as a young man at Fulham but his learning has been spread out. Teams from all over Europe will be looking for Harvey Elliott's agent's number."

O’Hara would take Elliott at Spurs

The door is still open for more clubs to join the race for Elliott. Former Tottenham Hotspur player Jamie O’Hara has said on talkSPORT that Spurs should make a move for the England U21 hero.

“I would have him at Tottenham,” said O’Hara. “He plays on the right, he can compete with Brennan Johnson. Kulusevski is a similar player, but Harvey Elliott has got something about him – he can play as a 10, he can play different areas, he can play midfield.”

Elliott may not start for the Europa League winners straight away if he were to make the move to North London. But the young man would certainly be confident enough in his own ability to force his way into Thomas Frank’s side, and playing in the Champions League would give the former Fulham youth prospect increased exposure as he hopes to get into Thomas Tuchel’s 2026 World Cup squad. Elliott still has a big decision to make about his future, but a move by Spurs, as called for by O’Hara, may give him more food for thought.
