Report: Tottenham ready to offer club a double-your-money deal for 17-goal ace - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing the Villarreal striker Georges Mikautadze.

The 24-year-old joined the Spanish club at the start of the season, and they paid around €30 million for him. According to a report via Fichajes, Tottenham are ready to offer them a package which would double their investment. They are willing to put €60 million on the table for the Georgian International.

Tottenham were linked with Mikautadze in the summer.

Spurs could use Georges Mikautadze

They could use more depth in the attacking unit, and the 24-year-old would be a useful acquisition. He has shown his quality in France, and he scored 17 goals for Lyon last season. The player is still relatively young, and he could improve further with coaching and experience. He could develop into a star for Tottenham.

He would compete with Dominic Solanke for the starting spot, and the competition for places would help both players improve. Solanke has not been able to score goals consistently, and Tottenham need an upgrade.

Can Spurs sign Mikautadze?

It will be interesting to see if the Spanish outfit are prepared to sell the player in the coming months. He has recently joined the club, and they might not be too keen on sanctioning his departure. They are not under any pressure to sell him.

It remains to be seen how the player reacts if a concrete proposal is presented. The opportunity to move to England can be quite exciting. Tottenham are a big club with an ambitious project. The 24-year-old could be tempted to join them. They have recently won a major trophy as well.

If Tottenham can sign the 24 year old in the coming months, it could prove to be a masterstroke for them. They have quality creators at their disposal and signing a reliable striker could transform them.

Report: Tottenham considering winter move for 28-year-old Spanish international - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Tottenham Hotspur are looking to add more quality in the middle of the park with the signing of Brais Mendez from Real Sociedad.

As per Fichajes, the 28-year-old is on their radar, and it will be interesting to see if they decide to make a move for him when the window reopens in January.

Spurs could use Brais Mendez

Mendez is capable of operating as a central midfielder as well as an attacking midfielder. He will add control, composure and technical ability to the side.

The 28-year-old has shown his quality in La Liga consistently, and there is no doubt that he has the ability to do well for Tottenham as well. He could be a key player for the club. It remains to be seen whether the La Liga outfit is prepared to sanction his departure in January. His exit would be a huge blow for them.

Meanwhile, Tottenham need to keep improving the squad if they want to compete with elite clubs consistently. The experienced Spanish International could be the ideal addition. He has the ability to make an instant impact in the Premier League, and he will add more control and creativity to the side.

Mendez move will be difficult

The opportunity to move to the Premier League at this stage of his career could be exciting. He is at the peak of his powers, and he will fancy his chances of doing well in English football. However, he has a contract with Real Sociedad until 2028, and they are under no pressure to sell him in January. Tottenham might have to come up with an offer, too good to turn down.

It will be interesting to see how the situation develops over the next few weeks.

Tottenham's Daniel Levy Lewis Family sacking

Exclusive: How Daniel Levy was humiliated and shamed in his final hour at Tottenham - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Having spoken to a source among sources this morning, I can now flesh out a little further how Daniel Levy was scuppered and shamed in his final hour at Tottenham.

From The Boy Hotspur’s Substack

Levy had been outside in an internal enquiry organised by the Lewis Family, with the express aim of confirming that Daniel wasn’t entirely a team player, after all.

Whilst Tottenham’s very own Sleepy Joe was happy enough with the bottom line, his descendants suspected that there was more than room for improvement. Indeed, they had become increasingly of the view that Daniel was feathering his nest.

A suggestion has been made that Levy’s day-to-day attitude towards Joe’s family wasn’t all that it might have been, and that this didn’t aid his position.

Peter Charrington was tasked with making multiple examinations of Daniel’s working practices and business decision-making strategies. This was described to me as ‘forensic’ in nature. Aspects of this review, or rather full-blown investigation, provided more than enough evidence to not just sack him, but define the manner in which he was to be sacked.

Firstly, Daniel’s son had been independently assessed and found to be sufficiently distanced from his father’s activities. It was felt that his position within ENIC was strong enough not to catch any stray bullets during the execution of his father’s career.

Summoned to a scheduled meeting

Levy was eventually summoned to a scheduled meeting with Peter Charrington, where he was advised of the full extent of the review. It was made clear to him in this dialogue that the Lewis Family and ENIC were extremely disappointed with the manner in which he had been conducting himself, the club was not for sale, and that naming rights were a huge issue that he, personally, had repeatedly fumbled.

Stripped of all corporate technology

He was advised that en route to the meeting that all his email addresses, including all data on the company’s servers, had been immediately closed to him. He was required to hand in his company mobile phone, plus laptops, etc, that he had in his possession. Daniel’s access to all areas within the stadium, Lilywhite House and Hotspur Way had all been revoked, and this included his wife.

His dismissal was concluded with a warning that whilst he was welcome to purchase tickets in future, he would be prohibited from attending in any capacity with executives of the club.

Security took him to his car

Finally, he was escorted out by security past secretaries and other staff into his car. It was over. His disgrace was thorough and complete.

As he had dispatched others so many times over the years, so dispassionately, he went the same way, knowing his fall from grace was wholly fatal.

Is this true?

To those seeking to speculate that this is a dramatised version of events, I can only suggest you listen to a sympathetic old bookmaker when he tells you to stop backing losing horses. Stop talking and focus on what you know. You know nothing of this.

I had his number for donkey’s years, and the Internet is infested with losers like you who argued I didn’t know what I was talking about.

If you want to invent a different outcome, be my guest, but I won’t inadvertently aid you in publishing absolute rubbish online.

Tottenham commercial deals Sports Illustrated

Description

Sports Illustrated have signed a long-term deal with Tottenham Hotspur.

The removal of Daniel Levy appears, like the removal of most blockages in business, to have triggered a series of moves that are likely to have given fans a welcome surprise.

Operating primarily from the East Stand, the magazine pioneer has been forced to diversify over time, but remains a cultural touchstone for sports fans, though its influence has waned in the digital era. The Stadium Business says:

“The experience will be located throughout the East Stand in premium and general admission areas, and will feature dynamic displays, wallscapes, portraits and interactive exhibits for Tottenham fans to relive iconic moments from the club’s history and the wider sporting world.”

Sports Illustrated Tickets has signed a groundbreaking 12-year partnership with Tottenham Hotspur to become the club’s Official Fan Experience Partner. Announced on September 25, 2025, this deal marks Sports Illustrated as the inaugural member of Tottenham’s new sponsorship program, The Collective, which aims to deliver tailored fan experiences across each stand at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Key highlights include:

Defining Moments Exhibition: A curated display in the East Stand featuring iconic Sports Illustrated covers, photography, and Tottenham’s history through interactive wallscapes and portraits.

Club SI: A new premium hospitality space with 3,000 seats, integrating Sports Illustrated’s interactive activations.

The Cover Club: A redesigned bar in the Lower East Side of the stadium, blending Sports Illustrated’s visual heritage with Tottenham’s culture.

This partnership aims to enhance fan engagement through immersive digital content and reimagined hospitality spaces, leveraging Sports Illustrated’s storied media brand and Tottenham’s passionate fanbase. It also includes marketing rights across Tottenham’s men’s and women’s teams, the stadium, and the F1 Drive – London experience.

All very smart and very much on brand for both parties. What I would say is that since the departure of Levy, I certainly view these commercial deals with much less suspicion.

Report: Tottenham “very interested” in signing 23-year-old prodigy with “very high ceiling” - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing the Monaco attacker Maghnes Akliouche when the transfer window re-opens.

They have been heavily linked with the Manchester City attack, Savinho, but the Brazilian is expected to sign a new contract with the Premier League club. Tottenham have now turned their attention towards the French attacker, and it remains to be seen whether they can sign the 23-year-old in the coming months.

Akliouche is a tremendous talent with a bright future, and he could develop into a star for Tottenham with the right guidance. He will add pace, flair and unpredictability to the side.

Tottenham keen on Maghnes Akliouche

Dean Jones said on TEAMtalk: “Spurs have always had other players on their radar if they do not manage to sign Savinho, and scouting assignments will continue accordingly.

“One of the players I am told they have had eyes on from an attacking point of view is Maghnes Akliouche, and they will actually be very interested in seeing how he fares in an upcoming Champions League game against Man City.

“He’s played every minute for Monaco so far this season and plays off the right, but there is a belief he can also be versatile, and he has a very high ceiling in the game.

“Monaco rate him highly and would be putting a premium fee on his head if the interest steps up in the new year as they do not want to lose him.”

Can Spurs sign Akliouche?

It will be interesting to see if Tottenham can negotiate a reasonable deal to sign him. Monaco are likely to demand a premium. If Tottenham can get the deal done, it could prove to be a solid long-term investment for them. The player is quite young, and he will only improve with coaching and experience. The deal could prove to be a bargain in the long run.

Report: Tottenham want to sign 21 year-old rising star nicknamed Maradona - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing the Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba when the transfer window reopens in January.

They are not the only club keen on him, and they will face competition from Manchester United, as per SportsBoom. The Brighton midfielder is unlikely to be a cheap acquisition, and he could cost a club record fee for the London side.

It remains to be seen whether they can get the deal done.

Tottenham could use Carlos Baleba

There is no doubt that they could use the 21-year-old. He has all the tools to develop into a future star. He has already established himself as a key player for Brighton, and he has the ability to play for the biggest clubs in the world.

His ability to beat the press, control the tempo of the game, drive the team and dribble his way out of trouble makes him the complete central midfielder. He will only improve with coaching and experience. He could transform Tottenham in the middle of the park.

Can Spurs sign Baleba?

It will be interesting to see how the situation develops. Tottenham have done well to improve their squad during the summer transfer window, but they need to improve further if they want to fight for major trophies and compete with elite clubs regularly.

Signing one of the best young talents in the Premier League would be a masterstroke from them. It will be interesting to see if they can beat the competition for his signature.

The 21-year-old used to play as a winger as a youth player, and he was nicknamed Maradona because of his outstanding dribbling skills. Tottenham are lacking a player with his skill set, and he could make a huge difference for them.

Report: Tottenham ready to battle Liverpool & Chelsea for “extraordinary” South American - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Tottenham Hotspur are one of the clubs interested in signing the Barcelona defender Ronald Araujo.

They will face competition from Liverpool and Chelsea for the 26-year-old South American. It remains to be seen whether they can get the deal done. The player will be made available for a fee of around €50-60 million, as per CaughtOffside.

Tottenham need Ronald Araujo

Spurs need more quality and depth in the defensive unit, and the South American should prove to be an excellent addition. Apart from being a good defender, he is excellent with the ball at his feet. Its distribution skills will add a new dimension to the Tottenham team.

Furthermore, the player is versatile enough to operate centrally as well as on the flank. He could be the ideal addition for Tottenham as they look to build a formidable squad capable of winning trophies. The player has won major trophies with Barcelona, and his winning experience could prove to be invaluable as well.

Can Spurs convince Araujo?

It will be interesting to see if Spurs can convince him to join them instead of Liverpool or Chelsea. The 26-year-old defender has been described as an “extraordinary” player in the past.

Liverpool and Chelsea will be able to offer more money for the player, and they are probably in a slightly better position to win major trophies as well. It remains to be seen what the player decides. All three clubs could be exciting destinations for him. This could be the ideal time for him to try on a new challenge and move to the Premier League.

Tottenham have an ambitious project, quality players, and a quality manager at their disposal. There is no reason why the defender would not want to join them. It remains to be seen how the situation unfolds.

Report: US group plotting Tottenham takeover with billion pound “player budget” - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a takeover in recent months, and it seems that a US-based consortium is looking to buy them in a deal worth £4.5 billion.

According to a report from The Sun, they will set aside a budget of around £1.2 billion for signing and wages.

Tech entrepreneur Earick Brooklyn has formed a 12-man group that plans to take over the North London club and transform them into a footballing giant. It will be interesting to see if ENIC are prepared to sanction the takeover in the coming months.

The investment could transform Spurs

The huge investment plan for the club could certainly transform them on the pitch. It will help them bring in elite players who can help Tottenham fight for the league title and the UEFA Champions League.

Even though they have an exciting project and a quality team, they are not quite at the level required to fight for the league title or the Champions League consistently. They will need a massive investment in order to match up to the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool or Manchester City. The takeover could be the solution to their problems.

Exciting times ahead for Tottenham fans

Tottenham fans will certainly be excited with the news, and it remains to be seen how the situation develops. The Tottenham hierarchy has often been criticised for their lack of ambition, and selling the club to a group with more funds could be ideal for all parties.

Daniel Levy has recently left the club, and that could also play a key role in the takeover. It remains to be seen whether all parties can come to an agreement in the coming months. Tottenham are certainly a lucrative proposal for most investors. The London-based club has world-class facilities and an interesting project.

“Pretty confident they can get it done”: Tottenham backed to seal agreement with Liverpool target - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Tottenham defender Micky van de Ven is a target for clubs like Real Madrid and Liverpool.

However, the central defender is happy in North London, and Tottenham are hoping to agree on a new deal with him. According to Mick Brown, Tottenham are pretty confident of securing an agreement over a new contract with the 24-year-old central defender.

Tottenham want a new deal for Micky van de Ven

“Tottenham want Van de Ven to commit his future to the club,” he told Football Insider.

“They want to put an end to the speculation and any interest from clubs like Real Madrid and the others who have been linked over the summer.

“He’s been brilliant since he went to Tottenham and everybody there seems to love him.

“The way he plays is perfect for the way Frank wants his team to play, and there’s no way the manager will want to lose one of his most important players.

“I can’t see any situation in which Tottenham would want to lose him, to be honest.

“So from their point of view, it makes sense that they want to get him tied down to a new contract, and I think they’re pretty confident they can get it done.”

Spurs must keep Van de Ven

He is one of their top players, and retaining him at the club would be a significant boost. Tottenham will be hoping to fight for trophies regularly, and they need players of his calibre at the club. The Netherlands International has been outstanding in the Premier League since joining Tottenham, and he has no reason to force an exit from the club yet.

They have secured Champions League qualification and have also recently won a European trophy. They have brought in quality players, and they have a quality manager like Thomas Frank. The Dutch International defender will hope to win major trophies with Tottenham in the coming seasons.

Meanwhile, it is no surprise that Liverpool and Real Madrid are keen on him. The Spanish outfit need more defensive depth, and Liverpool are likely to lose Ibrahima Konate on a free transfer in the summer. They will need to replace the Frenchman, and signing a proven performer in the Premier League would be a wise decision. The Netherlands International could make an instant impact.

It will be interesting to see how the situation develops.

The Netherlands defender has done quite well for Leeds United, and it will be interesting to see if Tottenham can get the deal done. They could use more quality and depth in the defensive unit, and Struijk would be a quality addition.

Leeds to sell Pascal Struijk?

According to Leeds United News, the Whites might need to sell players in order to comply with the PSR. The departure of the 26-year-old defender will certainly come as a blow for the club, but they might need to take a difficult decision because of financial reasons.

Struijk has extensive experience in English football, and he could settle in quickly and make an instant impact. Spurs need a deeper squad to do well across multiple competitions. It remains to be seen whether Leeds are prepared to sell the player. Daniel Farke has previously described him as a “crucial” player for the club.

Struijk could fancy Spurs move

The opportunity to move to Tottenham will be exciting for the 26-year-old defender. It would be a step up for him, and he would get to play in the UEFA Champions League with them. Tottenham have started the season well, and they have an exciting team. They have brought in a quality manager like Thomas Frank as well. Any player will be attracted to the idea of joining them.

The North London outfit have recently won the UEFA Europa League, and they will be hoping to fight for major trophies in the coming months. Adding more depth and quality to the squad would be a wise decision. Signing a defender who has shown his quality in English football could prove to be the ideal move for the London club.
