The 21-year-old arrived in the Premier League three years ago, when he left Dnipro in his native Ukraine for the Bees.

He has since amassed 66 appearances in England and has risen through Ukraine’s youth ranks to become a senior international.

However, it appears there are clubs potentially looking to end his association with Brentford.

Leeds among clubs tracking Yarmolyuk

According to CaughtOffside, Leeds are among the clubs keeping tabs on the central midfielder.

Also said to be monitoring Yarmolyuk are Tottenham Hotspur, Everton, Wolverhampton Wanderers and Burnley, as well as Borussia Dortmund and Napoli.

None are believed to have made formal approaches for the midfielder, who Brentford have reportedly given a price tag of around €30m (£25.6m).

Yarmolyuk is under contract at Brentford until 2031, therefore it is not difficult to see why he would be valued so highly.

Leeds would also be landing a player with plenty of room for development, as well as one who already boasts Premier League experience.

Leeds United’s midfield

Ethan Ampadu, Ao Tanaka and Ilia Gruev are the current central midfield options available to Daniel Farke.

Josuha Guilavogui has been released by the Whites and Joe Rothwell is due back at AFC Bournemouth following the conclusion of his loan spell.

Leeds ideally need more than three options and an attack-minded player would certainly be welcome in the ranks.

Yarmolyuk can operate in the heart of midfield or in a more advanced role, meaning he could potentially compete with Brenden Aaronson.

A playmaker appears to be high on Leeds’ list of priorities, with Strasbourg’s Habib Diarra and Olympiacos’ Mario Stroeykens among those to have been linked

Widespread reports are suggesting Frank is being lined up to succeed Ange Postecoglou as Tottenham’s head coach.

Spurs lifted the Europa League trophy last season but a 17th-placed Premier League finish contributed to Postecoglou’s dismissal.

Frank has worked wonders at Brentford, cultivating a reputation as one of the most talented managers in Europe.

Former Millers and Blades eyed

He has had help from a former Rotherham United defender and an ex-Sheffield United coach as Bees boss - and a reunion with the pair could be on the cards.

According to reporter Alan Nixon via his Patreon page, Frank wants former Millers defender Justin Cochrane with him in North London.

Cochrane, who represented Rotherham during the 2006/07 season, is Frank’s assistant at Brentford and also works with Thomas Tuchel in the England set-up.

Former Blades coach Keith Andrews, meanwhile, is Brentford’s set-piece coach having left his role in Chris Wilder’s team for the gig.

The report claims Andrews, who represented Hull City as a player, could follow Frank to Tottenham. A deal, however, is not thought to have been finalised.

Phil Giles on Keith Andrews

When Andrews left the Blades for the Bees last year, the latter’s director of football Phil Giles said: "Everyone at Brentford is extremely happy to see Keith join us at pre-season training for his first day today.

"He is someone we have known for a while and always had in mind for a role at some point in the future.

"Whilst he has had more wide-ranging coaching roles in the past, focusing on set-pieces as a specialism is something which we think he has the qualities to do extremely well, and I’m sure that our staff can help him develop as a coach, too.

"Set-pieces are an important part of what we do well and I’m sure we’ll maintain those standards with Keith in charge.”

When Leeds signed the winger on loan last summer, it was clear they had landed an incredibly gifted player.

However, the 25-year-old had been plagued by injury and consequently had struggled to cement his place at Tottenham.

Solomon enjoyed an impressive campaign at Elland Road, helping the Whites clinch the Championship title with his contributions from the flank.

Reports indicated the Israel international was being eyed for a permanent move to West Yorkshire, but it appears a deal may be difficult to pursue.

Manor Solomon twist

According to reporter Graeme Bailey, Solomon wants to try become a first-team regular in North London.

Speaking to The Boot Room, he said: “I am told that Solomon still thinks he can break into the first team at Tottenham. He has gained so much confidence from his spell at Leeds and now feels fully adapted to English football.

“He is a very interesting option, Spurs like him and are ready to let him prove himself during pre-season.”

It had previously been suggested Solomon is open to an Elland Road return and it now remains to be seen what the future holds for the wideman.

His future may well be dictated by the decision Tottenham make on their head coach this summer, with doubts over Ange Postecoglou’s job security having emerged.

Solomon’s love for Leeds

Solomon thoroughly enjoyed his time at Leeds and made no secret of his affection for the club during his loan spell.

After helping the Whites seal promotion to the Premier League, he posted on social media: “After nearly a year without football, I couldn’t have asked for a better comeback season and a better ending.

“I really don’t know what the future holds, but I do know that Leeds United will forever be in my heart.

“Thank you again, fans, for the unforgettable past few weeks and all your incredible support and love throughout the entire season. We are the champions.”

However, the prospect of playing in Europe with Tottenham could well prove tough to resist.

The 26-year-old, who can operate as a centre-back or right-back, is a product of Tottenham Hotspur’s academy.

He was blooded by Jose Mourinho and made 50 appearances for Spurs first-team level, while also winning caps for England at youth level.

A permanent move to Millwall was sanctioned last year and Tanganga has thrived in the Championship.

Premier League interest in Tanganga

According to GiveMeSport, Leeds are among the clubs keen to prise the defender from the capital and give him another chance in the top flight.

Also believed to be keen are Leeds’ fellow promoted clubs Sunderland and Burnley. Tanganga is believed to have a release clause worth just under £2m, meaning he could be a bargain signing.

Leeds are thought to have been tracking Tanganga for a while, although interest from Burnley is reportedly strong.

All three of the Premier League newcomers are believed to be weighing up formal offers.

The report claims Millwall are aware of interest in their coveted asset and it remains to be seen if they can retain his services.

Importance of bargains in modern market

In the modern-day transfer market, the importance of bargain signings cannot be underestimated.

With valuations often inflated, it can prove incredibly difficult to sign players of the required pedigree without breaking the bank.

It is this fact that makes Tanganga such an intriguing option, as he should arguably move for a fee considerably higher than £2m.

In Leeds’ recent history, some of their best signings have been players signed for modest sums of money.

Stuart Dallas set the Whites back a reported £1.3m when he joined from Brentford in 2015 and is now considered a modern-day club hero.

Other members of Leeds’ 2020 promotion-winning squad, such as Luke Ayling and Liam Cooper, also arrived for relatively small fees.

The 23-year-old has seen his stock soar of late, having delivered a haul of 13 goals and 10 assists for Nice last season.

He has also enjoyed an international breakthrough with the Ivory Coast and at 23, there is plenty of time for the marksman to blossom further.

This year, TEAMtalk have credited both Leeds and Tottenham with interest in Guessand. However, it appears there is serious interest emerging from the Midlands.

Evann Guessand interest

Sky Sports have claimed Wolves are pushing hard to secure the signature of Guessand ahead of rivals.

The Premier League are said to be considering making an offer, with a potential deal thought to be worth over £25m.

Wolves have been left with a rather significant hole in their attack following the sale of Matheus Cunha to Manchester United, a hole Guessand could potentially fill.

Leeds United’s forward hunt

Leeds have been linked with a clutch of forwards in recent months, with speculation having intensified since their promotion to the Premier League was confirmed.

Joel Piroe out-scored each of his counterparts in the Championship last season but did not always impress with his performances.

Depth, meanwhile, will be important if the Whites are to survive in the famously ruthless top flight.

Patrick Bamford, Mateo Joseph and Joe Gelhardt have all been linked with moves away from Elland Road, therefore significant investment in the frontline may be required.

Among those to have been linked with Leeds are Hamburg’s Davie Selke and Newcastle United’s Callum Wilson.

Selke helped Hamburg seal promotion to the Bundesliga last term with a prolific season, while Wilson is a vastly-experienced marksman with a revered goal record.

McConnell, a star in the NBA for the Indiana Pacers, is among the high-profile figures to have invested in Leeds and become a minority shareholder.

Investment from various stars of sport was sparked by the arrival of 49ers Enterprises in West Yorkshire, and a number have become emotionally invested in the Whites.

McConnell kept close tabs on Leeds as they clinched the Championship title - and now wants to see a loan star of the promotion-winning campaign retained.

TJ McConnell on Manor Solomon

Speaking to Israeli channel 'Sport 5', McConnell said: "I didn't know too much about Manor but my friend Larry Nance [Jr.] who is also a Leeds fan [and minority investor] told me about him and said he would be a huge boost for us. Wow, how right he was.

"Manor had an amazing season. His Championship goal [against Plymouth Argyle] was fantastic, it was really fun to watch him throughout the season.

“Of course I would like to see him stay at Leeds next season after everything he has done for the club. I don't make the decisions but I really like Solomon as a player.”

Leeds United interest in Manor Solomon

Reports have indicated Leeds would like to sign the 25-year-old on a permanent basis. However, he is still under contract at Tottenham and has also been linked with the likes of Everton and Marseille.

The Israel international arrived on loan at Leeds last year with a reputation as an injury-plagued player.

However, he shook off those issues and was a regular fixture throughout the season, having just one brief stint on the sidelines.

He scored 10 goals in the Championship, including the one that secured the title in the dying embers against Plymouth.

Manor Solomon on his future

In a farewell message following the conclusion of his loan spell at Leeds, Solomon conceded he did not know what the future held.

He said: “After nearly a year without football, I couldn’t have asked for a better comeback season and a better ending.

“I really don’t know what the future holds, but I do know that Leeds United will forever be in my heart.

“Thank you again, fans, for the unforgettable past few weeks and all your incredible support and love throughout the entire season. We are the champions!”

The 23-year-old left North London last year, having failed to make a first-team breakthrough at the Premier League club.

He sought pastures new in the Netherlands with AZ Alkmaar and has sent his stock soaring with a goal-laden campaign.

The Republic of Ireland international delivered a 20-goal haul, fuelling talk of interest from Leeds and Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Troy Parrott on his future

However, Parrott has made it clear he wants to remain on the books at the AFAS Stadion.

Speaking to AZ’s official TV channel, he said: "Whatever happens, it’s not going to be my decision. If someone was to ask me right now, I would say I want to stay.

“I have had the best year of my life so far in football here, I have loved every second of it.

"The achievements of the group haven’t been what I wanted, given the positions we were in, but in terms of the team and the staff that I have come to know, I have loved every second of it. In my mind, I am here next season and ready to go again.”

Leeds United’s forward hunt

A bolstering of the frontline at Elland Road appears likely ahead of the summer transfer window. Joel Piroe led the line for the Whites last season but despite his impressive goal return, did not always convince.

Patrick Bamford delivered a string of impressive cameos in the run-in and boasts Premier League experience, yet has struggled to remain fit in recent years.

Mateo Joseph, meanwhile, endured a frustrating season as he struggled to make his mark in Daniel Farke’s squad.

Leeds rejected a bid reportedly worth in excess of £10m from Real Betis for Joseph in the winter window and speculation regarding his future has again surfaced.

On the potential incomings front, Leeds have been linked with two England-capped marksmen in Jamie Vardy and Callum Wilson.

Reports have claimed that the 41-year-old could be replaced in a shock development, with former Fulham and Tottenham Hotspur head coach Martin Jol mooted as a potential replacement, but the club denied the rumours in a short post on social media platform ‘X’, confirming Hinshelwood remained as manager.

Hinshelwood has a year remaining on his current deal, having joined the Minstermen from Worthing 15 months ago and his contractual future beyond that remains unclear.

The former Worthing chief has transformed the fortunes of the National League outfit, who bowed out in the play-off semi-finals in a 3-0 reverse against Oldham Athletic on Tuesday evening. The Latics finished 23 points behind York in the regular season.

Despite that painful setback, Hinshelwood’s stock remains high after swapping an initial relegation fight at York last season for a promotion tilt.

It took a century of points from champions Barnet to deny York automatic promotion after a magnificent season which saw them amass 96 points.

Speaking on Tuesday night, Hinshelwood appeared to suggest he had unfinished business next term.

He said: "I know that is not easy to say now when you have been knocked out in the semi-finals.

"But there’s lots of positives from this season and now it’s about building to make sure we come back even stronger and give it another go and try and improve on this season.”

After an injury-plagued season at Tottenham, the 25-year-old was sent on loan to Leeds with the hope he could enjoy regular minutes.

There were concerns over the Israel international’s fitness record, but the winger had just one short stint on the sidelines.

He was a regular fixture on the Leeds flanks, registering 10 goals and 12 assists as Leeds clinched the Championship title.

Leeds United, Everton and Marseille interest in Manor Solomon

Reports have suggested Leeds want to sign Solomon on a permanent deal, but he has also been linked with Everton and Marseille.

According to TEAMtalk, however, Solomon is open to making a return to Elland Road having settled in the area with his partner.

Tottenham, meanwhile, are said to be open to selling the wideman for a fee in the region of £15m and £20m.

Manor Solomon’s love for Leeds United

Solomon has made no secret of his affection for Leeds since his move to West Yorkshire in the last summer window.

Following the end of the season, Solomon posted on Instagram: “After nearly a year without football, I couldn’t have asked for a better comeback season and a better ending.

“I really don’t know what the future holds, but I do know that Leeds United will forever be in my heart.

“Thank you again, fans, for the unforgettable past few weeks and all your incredible support and love throughout the entire season. We are the champions.”

Speaking to The Athletic in January, he said: “I love it here, I love the fans. I love the club. I love the players, the manager.

“Especially now, I’m really enjoying it and I love living here. Of course, it’s different to London, less things to do and we have less friends here. All the Israelis, they live in London, but we found our place here.

“You can’t predict what will happen in the future, whether I come back to Tottenham, whether I go to a different team, or whether I stay here in Leeds, you can’t predict it, but, of course, for me, the door is really open.”

A 28-cap Colombia international, Lucumi has been on the books Serie A side Bologna since 2022. He has become a key figure in the heart of the club’s defence, amassing 106 appearances.

His exploits do not appear to have gone unnoticed, with The Boot Room having credited a host of English clubs with interest in securing his signature.

Leeds are said to have had Lucumi watched ahead of their return to the Premier League, with a summer of savvy business crucial for their survival hopes.

London quartet Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea, Crystal Palace and Brentford have also been linked, as have Brighton & Hove Albion and Premier League champions Liverpool.

Intermediaries are thought to have held talks with several clubs, suggesting a move for the defender could be being lined up.

Bologna added Lucumi to their ranks in 2022, prising him from Genk. In Belgium, he had lifted the Belgian Pro League trophy and the Belgian Cup.

He first moved to Europe in 2018, having cut his teeth in his native Colombia with Deportivo Cali.

Leeds have been credited with interest in an array of players since their promotion back to the top flight was confirmed.

Also said to be of interest to the Whites is Newcastle United’s Sean Longstaff, a player also reportedly in the sights of Everton and Manchester United.
