Wednesday evening will see a repeat of the UEFA Europa League quarter-final back in April, as Eintracht Frankfurt bow out of the UEFA Champions League against a Tottenham Hotspur side looking for a top eight finish.

Now, let’s take a closer look at some Champions League odds and betting angles for Wednesday’s fixture:

Eintracht Frankfurt v Tottenham Hotspur – Wednesday, 8pm

Punters can bet on Eintracht Frankfurt v Tottenham Hotspur with William Hill

It’s been a poor UEFA Champions League campaign for Eintracht Frankfurt who haven’t been able to build on their 5-1 victory against Galatasaray in their opening fixture in this league phase, with the Eagles picking up just one point since that fixture (W1, D1, L5).

Eintracht Frankfurt sacked coach Dino Toppmoeller following a poor run of form which seen his side win one from their last nine games but things haven’t improved under interim boss Dennis Schmitt, having lost both of his games in charge.

This one could produce goals given that Eintracht Frankfurt’s last six games have all seen both teams on the scoresheet but with the German side failing to win any of their previous four encounters against Spurs (D2, L2), the dismal run could continue.

——————————–

Speaking of dismal runs, Tottenham Hotspur head to Germany fresh off the back of a 2-2 draw away at Burnley in the Premier League on Saturday, a stalemate which stretched their winless run to six games now in their domestic campaign.

However, Spurs look totally different in the UEFA Champions League and despite Thomas Frank coming under huge pressure, a run in the UCL could help save his job, as only Arsenal have lost fewer games (0) than Spurs’ sole defeat in the UCL.

Fourteen points in the competition have put automatic qualification in Tottenham’s hands and a victory here would see them progress into the next round and given they are unbeaten in their last six UEFA competition games against German opposition (W4 D2), i’m backing them to get the win.

Prediction: Both Teams To Score & Tottenham To Win, Eintracht Frankfurt 1-2 Tottenham Hotspur.

How to take part

Here’s how to get involved in the Acca boost offer:

Place a Qualifying Acca (football accas of 4+ selections (min odds 1/5) from Qualifying Markets) in any William Hill shop via the Sports Betting Terminals or over the counter on the Smart Hub SSBT or online via the William Hill Website or App(s);

If the bet wins, an Acca Boost will be added to your bet returns.

The % of your win back as an Acca Boost will be determined by the number of selections in your Qualifying Acca (see full terms for breakdown of Acca Boost available).

Significant Conditions

The promotion runs from 08:00 (UK time) on Thursday 7th August 2025 until otherwise cancelled by us in accordance with these Terms (the “Promotion Period”).

This Acca Boost promotion is available to both online customers in the United Kingdom and Ireland using the William Hill website (williamhill.com – the “Website”) or William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app (together, the “Apps”) and UK retail customers in William Hill shops.

To qualify, place a Qualifying Acca on a Sports Betting Terminal or over the counter on Smart Hub SSBT in William Hill shops, or online via the Website or the App, during the Promotion Period.

A “Qualifying Acca” is:

A cash stake of any value (no minimum stake);

On any football acca made of 4 or more selections;

Each with odds of 1/5 (1.2) or bigger;

On the Promotion Markets.

The “Promotion Markets” are:

Both Teams To Score;

Match Under/Over Goals.

No opt in required. If the requirements of a Qualifying Acca are met, the promotion will be applied automatically. If any acca contains any selection with odds of less than 1/5 (1.2), it will not be a Qualifying Acca.

Qualifying Acca wins (less the value of the original stake) will receive an “Acca Boost”, whereby winnings will be boosted by a variable percentage, dependent on the number of selections in the Qualifying Acca:

The increasing percentage of rewards in the Acca Boost reflects the relative risk of placing Qualifying Accas with a higher number of selections.

The following maximum Acca Boost amounts will be applied per Qualifying Acca:

For retail customers: £2,000

For online customers: £10,000.

There is no daily limit of Qualifying Accas.

In the case of void selections within a Qualifying Acca, the Acca Boost will still apply but the percentage applied will be calculated according to the final number of winning selections.

In the case of an Acca dropping to three selections or less, the acca will lose its Qualifying Acca status and Acca Boost will not apply.

Any Acca Boost on winnings will be applied as part of the standard bet settlement process.

Bets you place using free bets cannot be combined with the Acca Boost

Any acca that has been cashed out will not be eligible for an Acca Boost.

For retail customers, the promotion is not available on standard over the counter bets.

With just five games left to play in this campaign, the Premier League has reached the business end of proceedings, with still so much to play for in the English top-flight.

@Footy_Tipster gives his best predictions ahead of this round of fixtures in the Premier League..

Liverpool have the chance to confirm their status as Premier League champions on Sunday when they welcome Tottenham Hotspur to Anfield, only needing one point.

Don’t forget you can create your own multi and get a bigger price with Acca Winnings Boost. Plus, get a 25% Bet Builder Winnings Boost on all Premier League games and keep your player-based bets alive until the final whistle with Impact Sub.

Now, let’s take a closer look at some betting angles for Sunday’s Premier League fixtures:

Liverpool v Tottenham Hotspur – Sunday, 4.30pm

Following Arsenal’s 2-2 stalemate with Crystal Palace on Wednesday night, even just one point will do for Liverpool to claim their twentieth English top-flight title, to go level with their rivals Manchester United.

It’s going to be a party atmosphere at Anfield and the Reds would have already been champions had Arsenal lost on Wednesday, but i’m sure those Liverpool players would rather win it this way, in front of their own fans.

One point is enough but Liverpool should be confident of picking up all three in this one given they’ve beaten Spurs in their last three meetings on Merseyside, scoring four in each of those games as well.

——————————–

An eighteenth league defeat for Spurs after their loss on Monday night to Nottingham Forest has seen them drop down to sixteenth place now, they could find themselves just above the bottom three if West Ham win their game on Saturday.

It’s remarkable that only the bottom three sides have more defeats that Tottenham in the Premier League, Ange Postecoglou will be hoping to put an end to this horror-show of a season with European success, the Lilywhites face Norwegian side Bodo/Glimt in the Europa League semi-final next week.

There’s no doubt Spurs will have one eye on that European clash next week and they won’t hold much hope of picking up anything here having not won at Anfield in their last fifteen attempts, with their last victory here coming back in 2011.

Prediction: Liverpool To Score 4 or More Goals, Liverpool 4-1 Tottenham Hotspur.
