MICKY VAN DE VEN scored a quite ridiculous solo goal for Tottenham – which started on the edge of his OWN box and saw him run 75 METRES.
The speedy Dutchman left at least FOUR Copenhagen players for dead before curling a stunning left-footed finish into the corner.
It was reminiscent of Son Heung-min‘s fine individual effort against Burnley in December 2019, which saw him bag the Puskas award.
Van de Ven is known for his incredible pace but even by his rapid standards this was exceptional.
Rodrigo Bentancur started it off by winning it back just outside Spurs’ 18-yard box.
But after that it was down to the centre-back.
He picked up the ball and ran at lightning pace through the middle of a helpless Copenhagen, who did not stand a chance of stopping him.
Van de Ven then turned down the chance to give Kolo Muani, who was completely unmarked, his first Tottenham goal, as he went alone and confidently made it 3-0.
Perhaps we should not be so surprised by his finishing touch in front of goal because this season his SIXTH Spurs goal of the season.
Brennan Johnson had scored on 19 minutes – but was then sent off in the second half for a crude tackle.

The attacker saw his foul upgraded to a straight red after a VAR review with referee Erik Lambrechts deeming it worthy of changing his original decision.
It was the Welsh attacker’s first ever red card.
Wilson Odobert didn’t let having a man sent off affect the home side by scoring a second, before Van de Ven’s brilliance.
Sub Joao Palhinha bagged the fourth, and there was even time for Richarlison to see an injury-time penalty blaze off the crossbar.
Speaking after the game, Van de Ven said: “For sure, it was needed. It was a tough one at the weekend. To lose at home, a derby against Chelsea, was really tough.
“So we needed to bounce back and I think we did it perfectly.
“I saw a little gap in front of me, so I thought, okay I will start dribbling now. I was seeing if they could catch up. I saw the space, every time more and more.
“And then at one point, I felt like I am through now. I got the goal now.
“Probably (the medical staff) were worried, but I feel good. I felt amazing in the sprint as well. Okay, I can keep going and going and I did.
“When we had a counter attack and I saw (Cristian) up front, I thought, hell what is he doing there.
“He stayed calm and gave a perfect assist to Joao.
“It was a tough moment when we got a red card. I thought nothing was going on. when we were 11 people on the pitch.
“But the red card and then you think, okay, it’s going to be tough. We stayed cool and did what we needed to do. Then we killed the game off.
“This was an important one and now we recover and focus on Saturday, a big game there (against Manchester United).”
