Tottenham Hotspur manager Igor Tudor will welcome back Pedro Porro and Kevin Danso for his side’s trip to Craven Cottage on Sunday.

Following the defeat at the weekend, Tottenham are now heading into March without a single victory in the Premier League since the turn of the year.

Tudor has inherited a squad decimated by injuries, with some reinforcements heading his way through Porro and Danso.

There is some further optimism as Tudor suggested Dejan Kulusevski is closing in on a return from his long-term injury issue.

Relegation could absolutely decimate this squad! 😫

Who do you think would be the first out of the door in the summer?

As Spurs head to Craven Cottage sitting just four points above the drop, The Spurs News has taken an effort at guessing Tudor’s second starting XI of his reign.

Pedro Porro and Kevin Danso immediately return to Tottenham XI

Playing with a back three and wing-backs, Porro will return to a right-wing-back role on the presumption he is fit enough to start.

Archie Gray played in his place against Arsenal and Joao Palhinha slotted in at centre-back in the absence of Danso and Cristian Romero.

🔮 How far will Tottenham advance in the Champions League this season?

“Yeah, yeah, that’s right [Porro and Danso are available],” Tudor said on Thursday at Hotspur Way.

“No other issues, small problem for Micky with his small toe. But he’s okay, he will be in [the squad].”

These could be two really important boosts for Tudor through the return of players capable of playing in their natural positions.

Dominic Solanke must start after Arsenal illness

On the back of his long-term injury, Dominic Solanke was unable to start at the weekend in the North London Derby through illness.

Randal Kolo Muani may have found the back of the net, but Spurs need their £60m striker back in the starting XI.

Conor Gallagher hailed Solanke for his showing against Newcastle United, but the striker has not shown enough to live up to his big-money price tag.

Solanke has netted twice in his eight Premier League appearances this season, with Spurs in desperate need of finding some consistency in the final 11 games of the season.

Igor Tudor could play both Randal Kolo Muani and Solanke

Kolo Muani is a player who Tudor knows very well from their time at Juventus together.

The Croatian’s formation permits for two strikers playing together, which is something that Spurs have not witnessed in a long time.

Sam Allardyce thinks Kolo Muani was robbed of another goal against Arsenal, in what was a busy performance from the Frenchman.

Coming up against a physical centre-back pairing in Calvin Bassey and Joachim Andersen, playing with two up front could prove an astute tactical decision from Tudor.
