Tottenham Hotspur have one of the most coveted young players in Europe in Luka Vuskovic, and his valuation has shot up from the £12 million they paid for him.
Vuskovic has just enjoyed a superb loan spell at Hamburg and is now set to return to Tottenham this summer.
The 19-year-old’s form in the Bundesliga has earned him a call-up to the Croatian national team for the World Cup.
🔮 You predict: Where will Tottenham defender Luka Vuskovic be playing next season?
Tottenham are set to make a decision on Vuskovic’s future after this summer’s tournament and allow Roberto De Zerbi the chance to assess him in training.
At this stage, another loan seems the most likely outcome for the defender, with Marcos Senesi and Jean Paul van Hecke both close to joining Tottenham.
But with Barcelona and Bayern Munich keen on Vuskovic, Spurs have set a new valuation on the defender to put them both off a move.
Tottenham value Luka Vuskovic at £60 million
Tottenham Hotspur have now set a transfer valuation of £50 million to £60 million on Luka Vuskovic, according to Football.London.

The North London club are likely to deem the youngster as untouchable, but were they forced to sell him, that is the fee they would demand.
Spurs paid just £12 million for him back in the summer of 2024 when he was just 16, and now their gamble looks to have paid off big time.
Vuskovic was named in the Bundesliga Team of the Season, despite still being a teenager, and he even managed seven goals from centre-back.
👀With 12 months left on his contract, how much should we pay at the most to sign the £70m-rated Jan Paul van Hecke?
Tottenham fans are keen for Vuskovic to stay next season; however, the defender could end up leaving on loan to gain more experience.
Right now, there are doubt as to whether Vuskovic is ready for Premier League football, and another loan could be a good idea.
Spurs should be looking to take a leaf out of Arsenal’s book and the way they handled William Saliba’s development, loaning him out three times before eventually starting him.
Next season, De Zerbi’s squad will be well stocked at centre-back, with Senesi, Micky van de Ven, Kevin Danso, and potentially Van Hecke.
Toby Alderweireld is a big fan of Luka Vuskovic
Former Tottenham defender Toby Alderweireld played against Vuskovic during the 2024/25 season and was really impressed by the youngster.
Alderweireld told Football.London: “I played against him in Belgium. He played for Westerlo. He was, of course, a very good defender.
“He was very aggressive in the opposite box with corners. So he’s got a good header, and he has a nose for goals.
“Is he ready? I think if you have a manager like Pochettino, for example, he gives players a chance. It’s possible.”
