Former Tottenham attacking midfielder Dele Alli has been without a club since 2025 when he was released by Italian outfit Como after just one appearance
Dele Alli is still on the lookout for a new club and he's now been offered the chance to train with League Two outfit Barnet.
The Bees, who are of course based in north London where Alli previously rose to prominence with Tottenham Hotspur, are yet to taste defeat from their opening seven league matches.
They currently sit top of the pile as they chase promotion to League One and manager Dean Brennan would be willing to have Alli involved with the team's session as he's currently using the club's facilities.
Brennan told talkSPORT : "I’ll take him all day long. You would be mad not to take him. He’s a serious footballer and look, he’s going through a real tough time. There’s obviously some kind of issue why people haven’t taken him on.

"If I do a Harry Redknapp and pull him back in, like (Paolo) Di Canio, no issue whatsoever. Everyone deserves a second chance in life.
"At our football club we have lots of lads that train with us that are out of contract and if Dele wants to come train with us the doors are open. He can use us to get fit and train with the group."
Alli's last professional appearance came in March 2025 when he was sent off just nine minutes into his Como debut following an accidental challenge that saw him step on Ruben Loftus-Cheek's calf.
Former Spurs team-mate Kyle Walker had even pleaded with the referee not to send Alli off but sadly, the tackle left the official with no choice.
Since then, Alli has continued to post clips of himself training on social media as he continues the search for a new club.
He is understood to have hired Barnet's facilities, something Bees boss Brennan has now confirmed, adding: "That’s exactly what he’s done. Our facilities are available to rent.
"We don’t live in Disneyland down at our level so our lads have to pay their bills, pay their mortgage and we don’t get 10,000, 20,000 a game. There’s only a couple thousand we get."
Alli, now 30, left Everton - his last club in England - back in 2024 after failing to make an appearance that season for the Toffees.
Alli's last competitive goal came back in January 2023 for Besiktas against Alanyaspor but there's still hope he could yet revive his career and get back to doing what he loves best.
It's unclear whether he has received or rejected any offers since he departed Como.
