Tottenham Board Hold Talks Over Sacking Thomas Frank - GiveMeSport
Description

Thomas Frank is under immense pressure at Tottenham Hotspur, with a huge section of the crowd chanting 'you're getting sacked in the morning' at him after the dismal 2-1 defeat to West Ham on Saturday afternoon.

Just a week-and-a-half on from curing Bournemouth, who had not won in 11 games prior to facing Spurs, Dr Tottenham were at it again for the Hammers, who came to N17 and won for the first time in 11 games, having failed to win any of their previous ten.

West Ham love beating Spurs, such is the rivalry between the two clubs, and having had very little to cheer about this season, causing Tottenham further pain would have lifted the fans somewhat.

Thomas Frank Accepts Spurs Fans Chants

The Spurs fans, however, have let their feelings be known on numerous occasions this season, and booing the players off the pitch has become normal behaviour.

Some Tottenham fans joined in with the Aston Villa fans' chanting 'you're getting sacked in the morning' during the FA Cup defeat last weekend. There were thousands more singing that very song on Saturday at the final whistle.

Speaking after the defeat, Frank said: "I've probably had better times, it's probably not the best time of course. But I understand, I'm the man in charge. So the blame will go to me.

"That's fair, no problem in that sense. As long as they are backing the players, doing everything they can, to support them and drive them forward, that's what we do, and we will keep going forward."

Frank has retained the backing of the Spurs hierarchy throughout a tumultuous season, but tensions are getting frayed and according to TalkSport there are talks behind the scenes now as to whether to stick with him or sack him.

Will Thomas Frank Be Sacked?

Frank's future is hanging in the balance, with a final decision to be made by CEO Vinai Venkatesham, who sent an open letter to the Tottenham supporters on Saturday morning - a message that did not mention Frank.

Tottenham take on Borussia Dortmund in the UEFA Champions League on Tuesday night, knowing a win would guarantee them a spot in at least the play-offs for the last 16. Whether Frank is still in the dugout remains to be seen, however.

There are plenty of names in the frame to replace him, should he be sacked and one manager who will forever be linked with a return to the club is Mauricio Pochettino. The Argentinian was arguably one of the most successful Spurs managers of the modern era - despite not winning a trophy - getting the team playing the Spurs way in an entertaining five-year spell in north London.

He will guide the USA at the World Cup in 2026 but will become a free agent thereafter, leading to plenty of speculation that he could make a heroic return to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium before the 2026/27 season begins.

Mauricio Pochettino Dreaming Of Return

Pochettino is understood to be open to returning to Spurs this summer, and has spoken about having unfinished business at the club in a number of interviews before.

"In the bottom of my heart, I still feel the same, I would like one day to come back" he said. "Not because of my ego, it is because my feeling is I would like one day to win with Tottenham. We were so close, and it was so painful.

"Now Tottenham is a club with an expectation to win because if you see the facilities – training ground or stadium – now you can see it is about winning trophies.

"That's why I would like one day to come back with all the possibilities again to build something special. If that doesn't happen, it doesn't happen. But that is my feeling, and it didn't change. It is always going to be a special club for me."

Tottenham Eyeing Move to Sign One of the Fastest Players in the Premier League

Tottenham Eyeing Move to Sign One of the Fastest Players in the Premier League - GiveMeSport
Description

Tottenham Hotspur are eyeing a move to bolster their attack by signing Brentford star Kevin Schade, according to Caught Offside.

Spurs strengthened their forward options in the summer with the arrivals of Mohammed Kudus, Xavi Simons and Randal Kolo Muani but so far have struggled massively and currently sit 14th in the Premier League with just 27 points from their 22 games.

That has seen the pressure grow on manager Thomas Frank's future with the club despite only arriving in the summer, but the club are also keen to add more firepower to their squad to climb up the table, and a familiar face has emerged as a target.

Tottenham Want to Sign Kevin Schade

Schade, who has been praised for his incredible speed as one of the fastest players in the Premier League, has had a fantastic season so far for Brentford, netting six goals and registering three assists in 21 appearances so far for Keith Andrews' side.

Those performances have alerted several top clubs to his quality, and Tottenham are among the clubs who have registered an interest in the German for a potential 2026 transfer.

The Bees have absolutely no intention of selling the 24-year-old in mid-season after losing Yoanne Wissa and Bryan Mbeumo last summer, but they are aware of the interest in the forward and their stance could change in the summer depending on them receiving a big bid.

It's understood the Germany international is currently valued at between £43-52m, and Spurs could look to use the fact that Frank was the man to bring him to the Premier League initially as a way to gain an advantage, should he remain in charge in north London.

Schade Could Be Ready to Explode

Spurs' attack is full of players who are currently seemingly on the verge of exploding into superstardom, and Schade would be another who fits that bill.

Players like Xavi Simons and Kudus have performed well at other clubs with smaller expectations, but their performances so far with Tottenham have been relatively underwhelming. A deal for Schade, especially at that price tag, would bring the same types of risks and not necessarily be an upgrade on what they already have.

However, if the deal was done, it would provide a clearly talented player with a huge platform to step up and become a hero, which is something Tottenham are desperate for since the departures of Heung-Min Son and Harry Kane.

Enough is Enough: Tottenham Must Sack Thomas Frank ASAP, Appoint 'World-Class' Boss - GiveMeSport
Description

Tottenham Hotspur must sack Thomas Frank as soon as possible after his side were beaten 2-1 at home by relegation-battling West Ham on Saturday afternoon.

Spurs fell behind to a deflected Crysencio Summerville strike in the first half, before captain Cristian Romero headed home an equaliser midway through the second half. But the north London outfit turned one point to none in second-half stoppage time as substitute Callum Wilson netted in the 93rd minute, leaving them 14th in the table with just 27 points from their 22 games.

With the game dubbed as El Sackico, Tottenham now have a major decision to make on the future of their manager, but there is an easy route for them to take to get fans back on side.

Frank Must be Sacked, Glasner Appointed

Spurs have been linked with a number of managerial appointments in recent weeks as pressure grows on Frank, and one name who has consistently been mentioned is Austrian Oliver Glasner.

The Crystal Palace boss revealed in his pre-match press conference on Friday afternoon that he would be leaving the Eagles at the end of the season when his contract expires, as he seeks a 'new challenge' in his career. He followed that up with a 2-1 defeat away at Sunderland, with many fans concerned that he may have already checked out of Selhurst Park.

Glasner spoke to the media after the game and criticised the Palace board, claiming he felt 'abandoned', and blasted their decision to sell Eberechi Eze and Marc Guehi just one day before games at different points this season.

But with Frank's time at the club surely nearer to an end than ever before, it would make a lot of sense for Spurs to test the waters and look to bring Glasner in now for the second half of the campaign, to try and save their season.

Described as 'world-class', Glasner came in to Palace midways through their season in 2024 and saved them from a relegation battle before turning them into FA Cup winners the following season and playing European football.

A similar outcome for Spurs would be considered a miracle at this stage, and the board should be doing all they can to convince Glasner himself and Palace that a parting of ways before the summer is best for all involved.

Glasner Not Glamorous, But Effective

Some Spurs fans may have reservations about the style of football that Glasner could bring, considering his pragmatic approach at Palace, but he has previously shown at Frankfurt that he is adaptable and capable of playing free-flowing, attacking football too.

It's also fair to say that Tottenham aren't in a position where they can be overly picky right now. Results must be the priority, and Glasner wins more often than he doesn't. With a squad as talented as the one available at Tottenham, he could work wonders.

Not Samu: Tottenham Lead Race to Sign 'One of World's Best Strikers' in January - GiveMeSport
Description

Tottenham Hotspur are among the frontrunners to sign Juventus striker Jonathan David this month, according to Sports Boom.

The Lilywhites have had a mixed campaign so far and have already moved to strengthen their squad during the January transfer window by splashing £34.7m on England international Conor Gallagher for their midfield.

But Thomas Frank is still keen to add a new striker to his squad amid concerns over the fitness and form of Dominic Solanke, Richarlison and Randal Kolo Muani, which has seen the club turn their attentions to a familiar target from previous windows ahead of a potential late swoop.

Tottenham Want to Sign Jonathan David

David, who has been described as 'one of the best strikers in the world', was one of the hottest properties in the most recent summer window in the striker search as he left Ligue 1 side Lille on a free transfer.

Despite constant links to the Premier League, the Canadian opted to move to Serie A with Juventus, but he has found regular game time difficult to come by so far, registering just three goals and three assists in 19 appearances in the Italian topo flight, with only nine of them coming from the start.

That has sparked rumours that the £250,000-a-week star could look to move away ahead of the World Cup this summer in his home nation, and Tottenham are reported to be among the frontrunners for his signature as they look to add more firepower to the squad.

The player himself would be open to a move to the Premier League to test himself, however, Juventus see him as a key member of their squad and are not willing to sanction an exit mid-season.

Spurs view the 26-year-old as the ideal competition for their forward line, and someone whose profile fits what the manager is looking for, but they are not alone in their interest, with a number of other English clubs showing an interest including Crystal Palace.

Tottenham Need Goals to Save Their Season

So far this season, Frank's side have struggled to score goals freely, and the team has come under major criticism from the fans for a lack of entertaining football.

Richarlison is currently the team's top scorer this season but he is set to miss up to two months with a hamstring injury, while Kolo Muani is yet to score in the Premier League, and Solanke has barely played all season.

David's arrival would add plenty of firepower and a great goalscoring record to the side, while also bringing some excitement for fans and fresh legs to spring the squad to life. A deal looks unlikely, currently, but it's one to keep an eye on in the coming weeks just in case things take an unexpected turn.

Tottenham vs West Ham: Team News and Predicted Starting Lineups for Premier League Match - GiveMeSport
Description

Tottenham and West Ham will go head-to-head in the Premier League on Saturday afternoon at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, with both managers battling for their jobs.

Thomas Frank's side were eliminated from the FA Cup by Aston Villa and currently sit 14th in the Premier League, with just one win in their last seven games in all competitions. Nuno Espirito Santo's side, on the other hand, sit seven points adrift of safety in the relegation zone, with their only win in the last 11 games coming after extra-time against Championship side QPR in their FA Cup third-round clash last week.

Both sides have some injury concerns heading into the game too, and this is how GIVEMESPORT expects both teams to line up for the huge clash.

Tottenham Team News

Tottenham will be without influential Uruguay international Rodrigo Bentancur for around three months due to a hamstring injury, and he joins Richarlison, Lucas Bergvall and Mohammed Kudus on the sidelines.

Pape Matar Sarr is still at AFCON after Senegal reached the final, but Yves Bissouma is back, although he is yet to feature under Frank this season. Dejan Kulusevski and James Maddison remain long-term absentees with knee injuries. New signing Conor Gallagher could make his debut.

Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Frank shared an update on his squad ahead of the game.

"Unfortunately, Richarlison has a hamstring injury that will keep him out for up to seven weeks.

"Lucas [Bergvall] could be available - is probably available - for Saturday. "Bissouma is back, so he’s available as well. Destiny [Udogie] and Dominic [Solanke] are close to finishing a good week's training, both are available, both look good and both are closer to playing more minutes."

Tottenham Predicted XI

Tottenham Predicted XI: Vicario; Porro, Romero, Van de Ven, Spence; Palhinha, Gallagher, Gray; Odobert, Kolo Muani, Tel.

Tottenham Predicted Substitutes: Kinsky (GK), Davies (DEF), Danso (DEF), Dragusin (DEF), Udogie (DEF), Bergvall (MID), Xavi (MID), Solanke (FWD), Scarlett (FWD).

After joining from Atletico Madrid, Gallagher is likely to go straight into the starting lineup for Spurs and make his debut in this London derby. Cristian Romero should also return in defence following his suspension.

That could leave Xavi Simons and Dominic Solanke, who earn a combined £335,000-a-week, on the bench for Frank, while Radu Dragusin could be on the bench despite strong interest from RB Leipzig in his services.

West Ham Team News

The Hammers are in horrendous form right now and have now been rocked by news that key man Lucas Paqueta wants to leave the club, which could spark some concern in the coming weeks.

The Brazilian is a doubt for the game with a lower back injury, while Dinos Mavropanos (neck) and Mateus Fernandes (knock) are also battling to be fit for the game. Lukasz Fabianski is a long-term absentee, while El Hadji Malick Diouf is at AFCON with Senegal.

Speaking in his pre-match press conference, Espirito Santo shared an update on his squad ahead of the game.

“All of them are recovering from different things.

“Dinos [Mavropanos] has had a neck [problem], that took some time. It's still painful.

“Mateus [Fernandes] is back doing individual sessions, Lucas [Paqueta] is still on treatment. Let's see, we have a couple of days to go [until the match].”

West Ham Predicted XI

West Ham Predicted XI: Areola; Wan-Bissaka, Todibo, Kilman, Walker-Peters; Magassa, Potts, Soucek; Bowen, Castellanos, Summerville.

West Ham Predicted Substitutes: Hermansen (GK), Golambeckis (DEF), Igor (DEF), Scarles (DEF), Mayers (DEF), Irving (MID), Rodriguez (MID), Kante (MID), Pablo (FWD).

With a number of key players injured, West Ham are likely to be weakened and that could see Kyle Walker-Peters shuffled across to left-back to add more experience to the side. Taty Castellanos should keep his place in attack too, ahead of fellow January signing Pablo.

Santos President Confirms Souza is Joining Tottenham in January

Club President Confirms Star is Joining Tottenham in January Transfer Window - GiveMeSport
Description

Santos president Marcelo Teixeira has confirmed Souza is joining Tottenham Hotspur in the near future, according to ESPN Brazil.

Spurs have already completed their first signing of the January transfer window after bringing in Conor Gallagher in a deal worth £35m from Atletico Madrid.

The North London club are ready to back Thomas Frank further though before the February 2 deadline, with Brazilian left-back Souza mentioned as a key target for many weeks.

A deal has been agreed between the two clubs, with Teixeira dropping a big hint that the move will get completed following his latest comments on the Brazilian club's finances.

Teixiera Explains How Santos Will Spend Souza Money

Tottenham and Santos have agreed a deal worth in the region of £13m for the 19-year-old, who looks set to be confirmed as the Premier League club's latest signing.

According to Teixeira, the money brought in from Spurs for Souza will be used to balance the books, settle debts and try and avoid any further sanctions from FIFA.

The most important of those is regarding Joao Basso, with Portuguese club Arouca filing a lawsuit with FIFA about a €2.6m missing payment.

He said, via ESPN Brazil:

The effort is always the same to balance the debts. We have already paid R$ 130 million in transfer bans in 2024, and others were avoided through agreements. Arouca didn't even agree to talk to Santos, who even sent a representative to Portugal," he reported.

It's important to remember that this [ João Bass ] debt, like all the others being processed at FIFA, is not from our administration, but from previous administrations.

Why Souza Deal has Taken Longer Than Gallagher

Tottenham actually agreed a deal to sign Souza before negotiations started with Atletico for Gallagher, so why has it taken longer to happen?

The first reason is that once an agreement has been reached between the two clubs, a medical then needs to be organised for a player who is travelling from Brazil.

As confirmed by Alasdair Gold on Friday, Souza has completed his medical but now various paperwork associated with signing a player from South America is taking time to get the green light.

Tottenham Working on Signing Forward Next

Once the deals for Gallagher and Souza are over the line, Tottenham can turn their full focus to bringing in a new attacker for Frank next.

Spurs arguably needed a new forward even before the injury suffered by Mohammed Kudus, which will keep the Ghana international on the sidelines for up to three months. Now the need has been heightened.

The North Londoners have been linked with a move for RB Leipzig sensation Yan Diomande, but his £87m price tag and the Bundesliga club's reluctance to sell mid-season means a transfer is unlikely this month.

Tottenham Planned 'Big' January Move for Man City Star Savinho Before Injury

Tottenham Planned to 'Go Big' to Sign Man City Star in January - GiveMeSport
Description

Tottenham Hotspur were looking to renew their interest in Manchester City forward Savinho before he suffered an unfortunate injury on New Year’s Day, journalist George Sessions has exclusively revealed on GIVEMESPORT’s Market Madness podcast.

The North London side are looking to bring in a new wide attacker this month and had a ‘real possibility’ of returning for Savinho before his setback.

The Brazilian forward went down with an injury in Man City’s goalless draw against Sunderland, and it has since been revealed that he will be sidelined for six to eight weeks.

Tottenham were also interested in signing Savinho during the summer transfer window, before he penned a new five-year contract with City running until June 2031.

Tottenham Looked at Signing Savinho

Sessions, speaking on the Market Madness podcast, revealed that Spurs were planning to return for Savinho after they missed out on Antoine Semenyo, who joined Man City in a £64m deal earlier this month:

“I think Spurs, in this window, are certainly going to look for opportunities with attacking wide players, and Savinho is unfortunate.

“Because I think there's probably a real possibility they would have gone big for him, especially after they missed out on Semenyo, who obviously went to Man City.

“But Savinho is now now injured, isn't he? So that's kind of another one off the list.”

Savinho, who was also forced to miss the start of the season through injury, has made just five Premier League starts for Man City in 2025/26, registering two assists.

The ‘incredible’ forward has scored only one league goal for Pep Guardiola’s side since his arrival from Girona in the summer of 2024, netting in their 2-0 win over Leicester in December 2024.

Semenyo, meanwhile, has made an early impression at his new club, netting for City in their back-to-back wins over Exeter City and Newcastle in cup competitions.

The Ghanaian forward has 12 goals and four assists in 23 appearances across all competitions this season, and scored the winning goal in the 3-2 win over Tottenham last week, in his last game as a Bournemouth player.

Why Tottenham Need a New Winger

Tottenham are planning to sign a new wide forward in January amid injuries to key players, with Dejan Kulusevski, Mohammed Kudus, Lucas Bergvall and Richarlison all sidelined at the moment.

Thomas Frank has been operating with a depleted squad throughout his first campaign in North London, with Kulusevski and James Maddison yet to feature.

Spurs are also without the likes of Destiny Udogie and Rodrigo Bentancur at the moment, with the latter expected to miss three months with a hamstring injury.

Lewis Family Planning Big Summer

Speaking on Market Madness, Sessions also suggested that Tottenham are anticipating a busy summer transfer window in terms of new arrivals.

Alasdair Gold Shares Update on Tottenham Signing £50m Forward in January - GiveMeSport
Description

Monaco are looking at potential replacements for Tottenham Hotspur summer target Maghnes Akliouche amid the 23-year-old’s uncertain future at the club, journalist Alasdair Gold has revealed.

The Ligue 1 side are reportedly preparing for Akliouche’s potential departure either this month or in the summer, as the France international looks to be on his way out of Monaco in the coming months.

Gold suggests Tottenham looked at signing Akliouche as an alternative to Xavi Simons before the season and has not ruled out the north London club returning for the 23-year-old this month.

Simons has scored just one Premier League goal since his £51m arrival from RB Leipzig on a contract running until June 2030.

Tottenham Could Return for Maghnes Akliouche

Gold, speaking on his YouTube channel, revealed that Monaco are preparing for Akliouche’s departure, months after Tottenham looked at signing the winger last summer:

“I understand that Monaco are looking at potential replacements for him in case they do lose him either this month or the summer.

“From what I understand, he was an alternate option to Xavi Simons in the summer, so it maybe would be a bit of a surprise if they were to then turn to another option when they've signed Xavi.

“But we'll see, we'll see.”

After registering 15 goal contributions in 32 league appearances and firing Monaco into Champions League qualification last season, Akliouche has endured a difficult 2025/26 campaign, both individually and at club level.

The £50m-rated forward has registered just three goals and two assists in 16 league appearances for the struggling Monegasque side, who sit ninth in the Ligue 1 standings after 17 games.

Following his impressive 2024/25 campaign, Akliouche was rewarded with a maiden call-up to the France national team and has made five appearances in World Cup qualifiers, scoring once.

Spurs Eyeing New Forward in January

Tottenham are considering the possibility of adding a new wide forward to Thomas Frank’s squad this month amid injuries to key players.

The Lilywhites are without Dejan Kulusevski, Mohammed Kudus, Richarlison and Lucas Bergvall at the moment and could end up moving for a new attacker before the transfer window shuts on February 2.

Spurs have announced Conor Gallagher’s arrival from Atletico Madrid this week and are anticipated to welcome Brazilian left-back Souza next.

The two deals are likely to set the north London club back by £53m, while £40m was generated through the sale of Brennan Johnson to Crystal Palace.

The Lewis Family Planning 'Big Summer' at Tottenham After Conor Gallagher Deal - GiveMeSport
Description

Tottenham Hotspur are preparing for a ‘big’ summer transfer window as they aim to improve their underperforming squad and fight for the top spots in the Premier League, journalist George Sessions has exclusively revealed on GIVEMESPORT’s Market Madness podcast.

The north London club have welcomed former Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher as their first signing of the January market, and the 25-year-old’s arrival is claimed to be a sign of things to come for Spurs ahead of the summer.

According to Sessions, the Lewis family are hoping that Gallagher’s deal will mark a new era at the club, as he is the first signing since Daniel Levy’s departure earlier this season.

Spurs’ majority owners are reportedly preparing for a significant summer in terms of signings as they look to upturn their form over the last 18 months, with the club lingering in the bottom half of the league table.

Tottenham Ready for ‘Big’ Summer Window

Sessions, speaking on GIVEMESPORT’s Market Madness podcast, revealed that Tottenham are anticipating a busy summer transfer window as they aim to compete for honours regularly:

“I think Tottenham and the board, especially the Lewis family, will kind of hope that actually this Conor Gallagher signing is the start of the new era.

“He's the first signing since Daniel Levy’s left. They don't want Tottenham to be bottom half of the table. They want them to be pushing for honours regularly. We've heard that from people close to the family.

“So they were hoping, six months time, that Tottenham are ready to really have a big summer in terms of signing players and go again next season and be really in the mix, not necessarily for the title, but to be really in that Champions League conversation.”

Spurs have won just seven of their 21 league games under manager Thomas Frank this season and currently sit 14th in the table, seven points off the top four.

Since the start of November, the Lilywhites have secured just four wins across all competitions, beating Copenhagen, Brentford, Slavia Prague and Crystal Palace.

Spurs have dealt with a host of injury issues this term, with Dejan Kulusevski and James Maddison yet to feature, while Mohammed Kudus, Destiny Udogie, Richarlison, Rodrigo Bentancur and Lucas Bergvall are also currently sidelined.

The north London side are also anticipated to announce the arrival of Santos left-back Souza this week after agreeing a deal worth around £13m for the 19-year-old.

Tottenham Tried to Sign Yan Diomande

Amid their emerging plans for a significant summer transfer window, Tottenham have attempted to sign highly promising RB Leipzig forward Yan Diomande this month.

According to GIVEMESPORT senior correspondent Fabrizio Romano, the Lilywhites saw their efforts rebuffed by the Bundesliga side, as Leipzig have no intention of selling Diomande this month.

The 19-year-old has been in electric form in Germany this term, scoring six goals and providing three assists in 15 league appearances.

Manchester United, Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich are also interested in signing the forward, whose contract with Leipzig runs until June 2030.

Thomas Frank's Football at Tottenham 'Unwatchable' as Big Future Claim Made

Thomas Frank's Football at Tottenham 'Unwatchable' as Big Future Claim Made - GiveMeSport
Description

Tottenham Hotspur boss Thomas Frank's football has been branded 'unwatchable' by leading writer Dan Kilpatrick - with the Dane coming under intense pressure in north London for their shocking performances.

Tottenham appointed Frank in the summer after some incredible results achieved at Brentford, having taken the Bees into the top half twice and just two points from European football in the 2022/23 campaign.

However, he's been unable to replicate that at Spurs, and that's seen him come under pressure, which Kilpatrick believes could see him ousted from the hot seat before long.

Speaking on the Sky Sports Transfer Talk podcast, Kilpatrick claimed that he 'doesn't see a future' for Frank in north London, owing to months of poor performances that he deemed as unwatchable.

The Athletic deputy news editor said: "I don't see a future for [Thomas] Frank at Spurs, to be honest with you.

"He hasn't really shown anything since the Manchester City game early in the season - when they won 2-0 at the Etihad - to impress me and suggest that he's able to scale up and be a Tottenham manager.

"Perhaps that's a bit harsh. Obviously, he did some really good work at Brentford. The list of players he has transformed there is a long one, and some of the names we are all familiar with - Mbeumo, Wissa, Ollie Watkins.

"Look, he's obviously got something about him, but you know, so far at Spurs, the football has been nearly unwatchable. Honestly, it's been that bad at times. So I think if this is to work for Frank and Spurs, he needs to change. He needs to be more proactive."

Kilpatrick has a point. Tottenham have only won seven games from 21 in the Premier League this season, though five of those came in the first nine. Two wins in 12 is not good enough for one of the 'Big Six' clubs in the division.

Tottenham's Shambolic Home Record Means Thomas Frank Could Leave Soon

Spurs have won just two Premier League games from ten on home turf this season, against newly-promoted Burnley and Frank's former side Brentford - failing to beat the likes of Bournemouth, Wolves, Fulham and Sunderland.

Their away form has been decent with five wins from 11 on the road, but more will be needed in the capital if they are to secure European football.

Guaranteed qualification is only six points away, albeit in a more congested table than usual, and so it's not out of the question that Spurs do end up in continental competition next season.

But Frank's home record has been laid bare for all to see and that must be improved on quickly if he is to stay in the role.
