It was reported that City overcharged for Savio in order that they could reduce the amount that they'd have to pass on to Eintracht Frankfurt for the sale of Omar Marmoush.
Tottenham have received an approach from Ligue 1 side Monaco for midfielder Pape Matar Sarr, according to Fabrizio Romano.
Sarr has likely fallen down the pecking order at Spurs following the arrivals of Sandro Tonali and Mateus Fernandes in the summer transfer window.
