Tottenham now ‘interested’ in 25-G/A star after securing Xavi Simons transfer - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Tottenham Hotspur have been linked with a move for the Brentford striker Yoane Wissa this summer.

The 28-year-old has been linked with a move away from Brentford, and Tottenham are one of the clubs ‘interested’ in securing his signature. However, Craig Hope has now revealed that the player wants to join Newcastle United instead.

Tottenham need Yoane Wissa

Wissa has been outstanding in the Premier League, and he scored 20 goals last season. He picked up five assists along the way as well. There is no doubt that he would be an excellent addition to Tottenham. They need more depth in the attacking unit. Dominic Solanke was mediocre last season, and he failed to score goals consistently. He needs more support, and Wissa would be ideal.

He has the quality and experience to make an instant impact at Tottenham. He is well settled in the Premier League.

It will be interesting to see if Tottenham can convince the player to join the club. They will be able to offer him UEFA Champions League football, and the presence of Thomas Frank could be a decisive factor as well. The player could be attracted to the idea of reuniting with his former manager.

Spurs could be the ideal move for Wissa

Wissa will want to compete at a high level, and he will look to fight for trophies. Tottenham recently won a European trophy, and they could be an attractive destination. The 28-year-old will be able to adapt to their style of football quickly as well. He knows the way Thomas Frank operates.

It will be interesting to see how the situation develops over the next few days. Tottenham need to bring in a quality striker before the window closes. It remains to be seen whether they can plug the remaining gaps in their squad.

Tottenham plot second raid on club for 20-goal star, £50-60m would get deal done - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Tottenham Hotspur are now plotting another raid on West Ham United this summer, and they could move for Lucas Paqueta.

The 28-year-old Brazilian midfielder has been linked with a move away from the London club, and Spurs are prepared to provide him with an exit route. According to a report from Team Talk, they are plotting a late move for the midfielder, but West Ham are reluctant to let him leave.

The two clubs have recently dealt during the transfer of Mohammed Kudus, and it remains to be seen whether Tottenham can sign another quality player from West Ham before the window closes. The report claims that a late offer of around £50-60 million might be enough to get the Brazilian out of West Ham.

Lucas Paqueta would improve Spurs

Tottenham need more quality in the midfield, and the Brazilian could be the ideal acquisition.

He will add work rate, technical ability, creativity, and experience to the side. He has been a reliable performer in the Premier League for West Ham. He will look to make an instant impact at Tottenham if the transfer goes through.

The player has 20 goals and 14 assists in 123 matches for West Ham.

Paqueta could fancy a Spurs move

The opportunity to move to the North London club could be exciting for the player as well. It would be a step up for him, and he would get to play for a big club and fight for trophies. Tottenham recently won a European trophy, and they will be an attractive destination for the South American.

The player is at the peak of his career, and this is the right time for him to move on and take up a new challenge. Spurs need more attacking depth, and the 28-year-old certainly fits the profile. It will be interesting to see if they can convince West Ham to sell their key player before the window closes.

Description

Tottenham Hotspur remain keen on signing Nico Paz from Como before the summer window closes.

According to a report from Quotidiano Sportivo, Tottenham have had two offers rejected for the 20-year-old playmaker, and they are prepared to submit a new offer for him. It will be interesting to see if they can get the deal done.

Nico Paz is an elite talent

The Argentine ace is highly rated across Europe, and he has a bright future. Paz could develop into a top-class player for Tottenham with the right guidance. The player has the technical attributes to do well in the Premier League, and he would be an asset for Tottenham.

The North London outfit could use more control and creativity in the final third. The 20-year-old is capable of operating as an attacking midfielder as well as an advanced central midfielder.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid are interested in bringing him back to the club as well. It will be interesting to see where the midfielder ends up. He is an elite talent, and he will look to compete at the highest level. Spurs will be able to offer him Champions League football and the Premier League platform. However, Real Madrid are widely regarded as the biggest club in the world. They are also his boyhood club.

Can Spurs sign Paz this summer?

It remains to be seen how the situation develops. Tottenham have had a recent offer of €80 million is turned down for the player. It will be interesting to see if they are willing to improve on that. Even though the midfielder will cost a premium, he has the potential to justify the investment and develop into a future star.

Spurs need someone like him in the absence of James Maddison and Dejan Kulusevski. Both players are injured and Paz could fill the creative void in the side.

Description

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing the Netherlands International defender Nathan Ake from Manchester City during the summer transfer window.

According to GMS, they have held talks with Manchester City regarding a move for the 30-year-old defender. It will be interesting to see if they are willing to come forward with an official offer to get the deal done.

Spurs could use Man City star Ake

They need more quality and depth in the defensive unit, and the Netherlands International could be the ideal acquisition. He has been a very useful player for Manchester City since joining the club. He is capable of operating as a central defender as well as a full back. He will help them tighten up at the back, and his ability to slot into multiple roles will be a huge bonus during rotation and injuries.

Can Spurs sign Nathan Ake?

The player currently earns £160,000 at Manchester City, and it will be interesting to see if Tottenham can afford him. They have a strict wage structure in place, and Daniel Levy will not want to break that. The defender might have to accept more modest wages to move to Tottenham. In addition to that, it will be interesting to see if Manchester City are willing to sell a valuable player like him. They are in multiple competitions, and they will want to do well this season. Players like Ake could prove to be very useful for them. It remains to be seen how the situation develops.

A transfer window beset with ‘issues’

Spurs have been bumbling along this summer, having begun brightly, but then essentially fallen into a vat of treacle, becoming embroiled in deals that either turned out to be a hoax or took forever, only to end in sorrow. Morgan Gibbs-White was a waste of everybody’s time. Forest’s owner appeared to be stunned that his release fee had been met, yet what was the point of having one in the first place? The player eventually announced that he was staying where he was, after extending his existing deal by just a year. Hardly a ringing endorsement for the Marinakis project.

Then we had the Eberechi Eze saga; a player who was seemingly excited by a move to Tottenham, right up until he was offered a deal with his boyhood club, Arsenal. The depression that was caused across the Lilywhite fan base was frankly debilitating.

Tottenham were said to be interested in others barely worth mentioning, given the unsubstantiated nature of the talk. Nico Paz and Piero Hincapie, to name just two. Savhino from Manchester City was another deal that seemed to be beset with difficulties.

Fan reaction online to the acquisition of Xavi Simons has been universally positive.

Spurs Mission Hijack was successful.

Description

Tottenham Hotspur are now closing in on the capture of Xavi Simons from RB Leipzig.

The 22-year-old was heavily linked with a move to Chelsea, but the Blues failed to secure an agreement for him. Simons is now heading to Tottenham.

Spurs agree Simons deal

Tottenham have now moved quickly to secure an agreement with the German club for his signature.

The North London outfit are now working on agreeing personal terms with the player, and the deal is expected to be completed today. Fabrizio Romano has confirmed that Tottenham made their move ‘late night’, and they have an agreement in place with his club now.

The player has also given the green light to move, and the two parties are now working on sorting out personal terms.

Xavi Simons is an elite talent

The Netherlands International is highly rated across Europe, and he has been labelled as an “unbelievable” player by former Arsenal star Ian Wright. There is no doubt that he has the qualities to succeed in the Premier League, and he could be an excellent addition for Tottenham. They needed more cutting edge in the final third, and the 22-year-old will help them create opportunities and find the back of the net.

He is capable of slotting into the central areas as well as on the flanks. His versatility will be an added bonus. He has proven himself in Germany, and he will look to make his mark in English football now.

There is no doubt that he is one of the finest young talents in German football right now, and the move could look like a masterstroke in the long term. Tottenham are paying around €60 million for the player, and they will hope that the attacker can justify the investment in the coming months.

“Spurs feel they can get a deal done” – Tottenham in talks to land 30-G/A star this summer - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Tottenham Hotspur are hoping to sign Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa before the summer transfer window closes.

The 23-year-old is a tremendous prospect, and he has done quite well in the Premier League with Aston Villa. His performances have attracted the attention of the London club, and they are now looking to sign him after the injury blow to James Maddison.

Tottenham need more creativity in the final third, and the 23-year-old could be the ideal acquisition. He can slot in as the attacking midfielder as well as a wide player. He will add goals and creativity to the side.

Tottenham have already spoken to Aston Villa regarding a potential move, and they feel that a deal could be done.

Tottenham working on Morgan Rogers transfer

Mick Brown told Football Insider: “I’m told Tottenham have spoken to Villa about whether he might be available.

“Unai Emery wants to keep him, he’s one of his better players so that’s a given really.

“Spurs feel they can get a deal done, but if they do it certainly won’t be cheap.

“We know Tottenham need to replace Maddison, and they definitely see Rogers as somebody who can fill that attacking midfield role.

“Whether Villa will be open to a deal isn’t clear, I expect probably not, but Tottenham look like they’re going to try so we’ll see.”

Spurs move could be ideal for Rogers

The 23-year-old registered 14 goals and 16 assists last season. Joining a big club could be ideal for him. Competing in the UEFA Champions League with Tottenham will help him improve further, and it could accelerate his development.

There is no doubt that he’s a tremendous talent for the bright future, and he could develop into a future star with the right guidance. Playing alongside quality players at Tottenham could bring out the best in him. Thomas Frank could nurture him into an important player for the club as well.

Tottenham negotiating financial terms to sign Xavi Simons

Sources: Tottenham “most serious contender” to sign versatile ace, negotiating financial terms - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Tottenham Hotspur are preparing a serious move for Xavi Simons in the final stretch of the transfer window.

The 22-year-old Dutch playmaker, currently on the books at RB Leipzig, is in London and has been excused from training to hold talks about his future. Sources have informed TheBoyHotspur that Spurs are negotiating the financial terms, and while no formal bid has been submitted yet, verbal figures have already been exchanged.

Spurs are working on Xavi Simons deal

RB Leipzig are demanding around €70 million, including bonuses for Simons. Tottenham see the deal as a logical step, especially after James Maddison’s injury left a creative void in midfield. The club has the financial muscle to meet Leipzig’s asking price, but Simons’ €11 million annual salary and high wage expectations could clash with Spurs’ structured pay scale.

Simons has long been linked with Chelsea and was open to a move to Stamford Bridge. However, Chelsea’s inability to offload attacking players like Christopher Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson stalled the deal, allowing Tottenham to enter the race. The collapse of the Eberechi Eze deal also pushed Spurs to shift their focus toward Simons.

Tottenham frontrunners for Simons

Bayern Munich also showed interest, but only explored a loan deal without a purchase option, something Leipzig are unwilling to consider. Despite Vincent Kompany’s approval, the move was not backed by Uli Hoeneß and the Bayern board.

With Chelsea and Bayern’s interest cooling, Tottenham have emerged as the “most serious contender” as per sources close to the situation. As the deadline approaches, Simons’ presence in London and the progress in talks suggest the transfer could be finalised very soon.

Report: Tottenham now want 14-goal star who is “the perfect profile” for them - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa, and they will compete with Chelsea for his signature.

According to a report from CaughtOffside, both clubs are keen on the 23-year-old, but they will have to pay in excess of £80 million to get the deal done. The England International is a promising young player with a bright future, and he could develop into a key player for both clubs.

Rogers would improve Spurs

Tottenham need more depth and cutting edge in the final third, especially after the injury to James Maddison. Deja Kulusevski is sidelined for a few months as well. Rogers could be the ideal acquisition. He can operate in the number ten role as well as on the flanks. He will help create opportunities for his teammates and score goals. The midfielder scored 14 goals last season and picked up 16 assists.

He has all the tools to develop into a world-class player with the right guidance, and Tottenham believe that he is “the perfect profile” for them. It will be interesting to see if they are willing to pay a club record fee in order to get the deal done.

Spurs need Morgan Rogers

They have missed out on Eberechi Eze and Morgan Gibbs-White recently. Rogers would be an exceptional alternative if they could get the deal done. However, Chelsea are keen on the player as well, and they have more resources compared to Tottenham. It will be interesting to see if Tottenham can act quickly and beat them to his signature.
