Sources: Tottenham now “keeping a close watch” on €100m-rated Man United target - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Premier League teams Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur, Nottingham Forest, Fulham, Wolves, and West Ham United continue to view Colombian midfielder Richard Rios as a potential signing.

Sources close to the player’s situation have informed TheBoyHotspur that other major European clubs — including Napoli, Paris Saint-Germain, Milan, Roma, and Villarreal — are also closely monitoring Ríos.

The €100 million release clause set by Palmeiras is considered one of the biggest obstacles to the transfer. However, clubs are looking to negotiate a lower fee rather than pay the full amount.

Man United keen on the player

Manchester United view Ríos as a potential replacement for Christian Eriksen. The club’s transfer department has assigned scouts to monitor his performances during the Club World Cup and may make a move depending on his displays in the tournament.

Tottenham Hotspur and Nottingham Forest are also among the clubs “keeping a close watch” on the 25-year-old midfielder.

Tottenham need Richard Rios

Tottenham could use a quality central midfielder this summer, and the Colombian could prove to be an excellent addition. He would add creativity, drive, and physicality in the middle of the park. He has proven himself to be a high-quality performer for both club and country, with the physical and technical attributes to make the step up to the Premier League. He could be an important player for Tottenham if they manage to get the deal done.

He scored four goals and four assists this season.

Tottenham need to strengthen their squad this summer if they want to perform well in the Premier League. They finished in the bottom half of the table last season and will be desperate to bounce back. Having secured Champions League qualification after winning the UEFA Europa League, they should be an attractive destination for players. The opportunity to join them will be quite exciting for the South American.

He is entering the peak years of his career, and joining a top Premier League club would be ideal for him. It will be interesting to see if he can hit the ground running.

Fan favourite has now decided to stay at Tottenham, set to meet Thomas Frank next week - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Tottenham Hotspur attacker Son Heung-min has been linked with a move away from the club in recent months.

The 32-year-old has been on the radar of MLS clubs like the Los Angeles Football Club. However, a report from FootballAsian has now revealed that the player has decided to stay at Tottenham beyond this summer.

The player will now meet with the newly appointed Tottenham manager, Thomas Frank, to discuss plans for the next season. The development will come as a major blow for LAFC, who were hoping to secure his signature this summer.

The 32-year-old is now expected to report to Tottenham for preseason training.

Can Son Heung-min hold down a regular starting spot?

Tottenham are looking to bring in attacking reinforcements, and they have been linked with players like Eberechi Eze, Bryan Mbeumo and Antoine Semenyo. It remains to be seen whether Son is given ample opportunities in the starting line-up next season.

There is no doubt that he is a world-class player on his day, and he has been an exceptional performer for Tottenham since joining them. He had a mediocre season by his standards last time out, and he will look to bounce back strongly next season.

Tottenham will look to bounce back

Spurs finished in the bottom half of the table last season, and they will look to bounce back strongly. They will look to push for a top-four finish and do well in the domestic trophies. Son will be instrumental in their hopes of doing well next season. Apart from his quality as a player, his leadership skills and experience could prove to be vital.

“It’s not a matter of money” Daniel Levy goes face-to-face and a second meeting is now scheduled - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Daniel Levy’s video of his chat with Vinai Venkatesham was quite the tape. The THFC CEO provided fans with fascinating insights into how two Tottenham Hotspur executives were able to riff off each other.

A mutual love of wine (one can presume it’s not the £10 a bottle us plebs are weighing up in the supermarket on a Friday afternoon, not to mention shared ambitions for Spurs.

Timing is everything in football, and after Ange Postecoglou was binned, despite winning the first piece of silverware in the last 17 years, the Spurs’ supremo was defiant.

“We want to win the Premier League. We want to win the Champions League.”

However, it appears that not everyone involved is quite as ‘on message’.

#ClubUria

— Rubén Uría (@rubenuria) July 4, 2025

What Rubén is saying here is that for now, centre back Cristian Romero will return to training with Tottenham, but Romero fully intends to play in La Liga and, more specifically, at Atlético de Madrid.

Romero will have a second meeting with Daniel Levy. In person. Over the phone, Levy tried to make Romero the highest-paid in the squad. ‘Cuti’ said no, that this is not about money and that his new challenge is called Atlético de Madrid, according to this source.

The absolute pillar of our backline is looking not to request a ‘transfer‘, rather he wants a graceful exit from N17 and ultimately to play for Atlético.

For absolute clarity, Cuti wishes for Levy to treat him with respect and agree on a fee with the Spanish side, as opposed to going to war with each other.

Quite how this works out is anyone’s guess. Levy has always routinely sold our best players, and Tottenham owe significant sums of money for transfers.

Romero has made several statements on social media that do not indicate that he has a desire to stay in the Lilywhite.

This second meeting sounds like it may not be fun.

Johan Lange wants €25m-rated Real Madrid target for Tottenham, seven other PL clubs keen - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Tottenham Hotspur are one of the clubs keen on securing the services of Kees Smit from AZ Alkmaar.

According to a report from TBR Football, seven other Premier League clubs are keeping tabs on his situation, and it will be interesting to see where the 19-year-old ends up. He is highly rated in the Netherlands, and he’s expected to develop into a top-class player with the right guidance.

Kees Smit would be a future asset

Tottenham could use more quality and depth in the middle of the park, and Smit could be a future investment. It remains to be seen whether they can win the race for his signature. They have done well to bring in multiple talented young players in recent windows, and it seems that they are looking to add to the pool of young talent at the club.

They are looking to build a formidable squad for the future, and the 19-year-old could be an asset. The opportunity to join Tottenham will be quite exciting for him. He established himself as an important player for AZ Alkmaar last season, and he will hope to force his way into Thomas Frank’s first-team plans at Tottenham if he joins the club.

Can Spurs win the race?

Meanwhile, Spanish giants Real Madrid are interested in the player as well. They are widely regarded as the biggest club in the world, and the opportunity to join them can be hard to turn down for any youngster. It remains to be seen how Tottenham convince him to join the club.

Johan Lange is a long-term admirer of the midfielder, and he has been monitoring the 19-year-old’s progress for a while. It will be interesting to see if Tottenham follow up on their interest with an official proposal.

Asking price revealed: Tottenham have ‘enquired’ about signing the next Vincent Kompany - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing the Belgian defender Koni De Winter from Genoa during the summer transfer window.

According to Ben Jacobs, they have already ‘enquired’ regarding a potential move, and the player will cost €25 million. The 23-year-old is a talented young defender with a bright future, and he could prove to be a quality acquisition for the north London club. He’s a central defender, but he is versatile enough to operate as a full-back as well.

Compared to Premier League legend

The player has previously revealed that he has been compared to Vincent Kompany quite often. Apart from his defensive qualities, he is a technically gifted player who is outstanding with the ball at his feet. He could add a new dimension to the Tottenham defence. Spurs are long-term admirers of the player.

“All my life I have been told I play like Vincent Kompany,” Koni De Winter said to The i Paper.

“I have this ability to make runs with the ball like he did, I have the same technical side.

“It’s a really big name, so I one day hope to be able to live up to him. You look at the other big names (former Belgian Premier League defenders) and it is only right that they ended playing up in the best competitions.”

Koni De Winter to replace Romero?

Cristian Romero has been linked with a move away from the club, and Tottenham will have to replace him adequately. Signing the talented young Belgian would be a wise decision. At €25 million, he could prove to be a major bargain. He has the potential to justify the outlay.

He will look to establish himself as a player for Tottenham if the transfer goes through. They are one of the biggest clubs in England, and the opportunity to join them will be quite exciting. They will be able to offer him UEFA Champions League football as well.

Bids now expected for Brazilian international after weeks of negotiations - The Boy Hotspur
Description

The summer transfer windows for most clubs are frenetic from the moment the last ball is kicked at the end of the season; agents are busy plugging, leaking, and frequently lying to advance their clients’ causes. Not for Tottenham Hotspur. At Spurs, players are away on holidays, getting married, or getting their tattoos touched up. It seems that the phones don’t operate ‘out of regular hours’, except in the event of an emergency.

We recently brought you the transfer news that new man at the N17 wheel, Thomas Frank, isn’t a fan or Richarlison (if ESPN are to be believed), and now Jorge Nicola speaking on Canal do Nicola says that the links between Saudi Arabia and the Brazilian are stronger than ever, and there’s been contact with Richarlison’s camp for over a month now.

Jorge also supported the notion we brought you recently about the interest from Turkey in the Pigeon fancying one, and an offer from Galatasaray is also expected to follow in due course.

Spurs are looking to sell to buy, and quite frankly, the sooner that this boy is moved on, along with Cuti Romero, the better for all concerned. As Sport has indicated that Atlético Madrid are passionate about the pursuit of the Argentinian and want to add this one to their collection.

These two prospective deals reflect the size of the task Thomas Frank has ahead of him, with the Europa League trophy-winning side now under his control is in desperate need of a defence that can be relied upon, and an attack that can score goals. The smash and grab in Europe papered over a lot of cracks, and the idea that Ange Postecoglou was sacked unfairly doesn’t stand up to much scrutiny. The excuses made about this squad have surely come to the end of the road, and Frank’s job is going to be largely tactical, but also rather revealing when some fail to shine under football, which is less insane than the Australians’.

Insider confirms Tottenham interest in 24-year-old utility man who ‘would be happy’ to join - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Aston Villa midfielder Jacob Ramsey has been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur in recent weeks.

The 24-year-old needs to leave the West Midlands club to play more often, and it remains to be seen whether Tottenham can convince him to join the club.

According to Mick Brown from Football Insider, Tottenham would be prepared to offer him regular opportunities. It will be interesting to see if they come forward with an official offer to get the deal done.

They could use more quality and depth in the middle of the park, and a 24-year-old utility man could be the ideal investment for them. He is capable of operating centrally as well as on the flanks. He will add goals and creativity to the side. He has the technical attributes to play for the top clubs, and he will look to develop further with ample game time at the north London club and fulfil his potential.

Spurs are keen on the player

Brown said: “From what I hear, Spurs would be prepared to offer him more minutes from the start of games than he is currently getting at Villa.

“If that is the case, I’m sure he would be happy to make that move.”

Tottenham need a versatile player like Jacob Ramsey

Tottenham have an exciting project, and they will be able to offer him Champions League football after winning the UEFA Europa League last season. They will look to build a formidable squad capable of pushing for trophies regularly. Someone like Ramsey could be a very valuable squad option for them.

Apart from his ability to add goals and creativity to the side, his versatility will be a huge bonus. Spurs will have to rotate their season to keep their players fresh, and deal with the rigours of domestic and European football. Versatile players like Ramsey could prove to be very useful.

It will be interesting to see if he can make his mark at the London club and establish himself as a key player for them.

Tottenham weighing up move for “unbelievable” defender with 10 assists last season - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly weighing up a potential move for the Fulham defender Antonee Robinson.

The 27-year-old has established himself as one of the best left-backs in the Premier League, and he was outstanding for Fulham last season. He managed to chip in with 10 assists in 36 league games, and he could prove to be an excellent acquisition for Tottenham.

Tottenham insider Paul O’Keefe revealed on InsideForeword that the 27-year-old is on the radar of the North London club.

Tottenham need more depth

Although they have Destiny Udogie at their disposal, the Italian was quite inconsistent at times last season. He is a young player, and it is no surprise. He will need more support, and signing an experienced full-back would be ideal.

Robinson and Udogie could compete for the starting spot, and more competition for places will help both players improve.

Report: Tottenham ‘interested’ in 22-year-old generational talent, would require club-record fee

Antonee Robinson could fancy joining Spurs

The opportunity to join Tottenham will be quite exciting for the United States international. It would be a major step up in his career, and he would get to test himself at a high level. He will be able to compete in the UEFA Champions League with Tottenham as well. It remains to be seen whether Tottenham follow up on their interest with an official offer to sign the player.

The defender is highly rated at the London club, and Fulham manager Marco Silva has previously labelled him as an “unbelievable” player.

Robinson has proven himself against elite attackers like Mohamed Salah, and there is no doubt that he would improve Spurs defensively. He will also add more cutting-edge going forward.

He’s at the peak of his powers, and this is the right time for him to take the next step and join a bigger club capable of pushing for trophies. It remains to be seen how the situation develops over the next few weeks.

Report: Tottenham ‘interested’ in 22-year-old generational talent, would require club-record fee - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Tottenham Hotspur are interested in signing the RB Leipzig defender Castello Lukeba during the summer transfer window.

According to a report from footmercato, Tottenham are ‘interested’ in the player and they will have to pay a club record fee of €90 million. The defender is reportedly open to a move away from the German club this summer.

He has been previously labelled as a generational talent.

Tottenham need a defender

Tottenham could use a quality central defender, especially if Christian Romeo leaves the club. The South American is a target for Atletico Madrid, and it seems increasingly likely that he will leave Spurs.

Lukeba could be the ideal replacement. The French defender is a phenomenal talent with a bright future, and he could prove to be an excellent acquisition for Tottenham. It will be interesting to see if they are willing to pay €90 million in order to get the deal done.

After ‘Talking to Tottenham for some time’ first bid made for star with 2 seasons to run

Castello Lukeba is a player in demand

Spurs are not the only club keen on the defender, and they will face competition from Bayern Munich and Liverpool as well.

Lukeba will want to compete at the highest level and fight for trophies. The likes of Bayern and Liverpool will be attractive destinations for him as well. Both clubs managed to win their respective league titles last season.

Tottenham should act quickly if they want to get the deal done. They have secured Champions League qualification for the next season, and they have an ambitious project. If they can convince the player of their ambitions, there is no reason why he would turn them down.

The move to the Premier League would be an exciting step for the player, and he will look to prove himself at the highest level. If he can establish himself as a player for Tottenham, he might be able to justify the investment in future.

Report: Tottenham’s transfer ambitions hit a roadblock — Rival club unmoved - The Boy Hotspur
Description

Tottenham Hotspur have been dealt a major blow in their pursuit of Mohammed Kudus.

According to a report from Football Insider, they have submitted an offer of £50 million plus bonuses for the 24-year-old attacker, but West Ham have decided to turn it down.

The player has an £80 million release clause in his contract, but the Hammers are willing to sell him for a more reasonable fee. It will be interesting to see if Tottenham come back with an improved offer.

Tottenham need Mohammed Kudus

They need to improve their attacking unit, and the Ghanaian International would be an excellent addition. He has shown his ability in the Premier League, and he could transform Spurs with his pace, physicality, technical ability, and flair.

The opportunity to join Tottenham will be quite exciting for him as well. He will be able to test himself in the UEFA Champions League next season and fight for trophies.

At Tottenham, he would get to play alongside quality players and work with a top manager like Thomas Frank.

Why Thomas Frank’s Mohammed Kudus strategy makes plenty of sense

Can Tottenham get the deal done?

It remains to be seen how the situation develops. Tottenham are unlikely to pay over the odds for the player. Daniel Levy can be quite frugal when it comes to transfer dealings. West Ham will have to accept a reasonable offer for the player in order for the move to go through.

The attacker will certainly hope that the two clubs can work out an agreement quickly. He will look to take up a new challenge at this stage of his career, and the move to Tottenham will be hard to turn down for him.

Tottenham finished just above the relegation zone in the Premier League last season, and they need to improve. They need quality players like Kudus to bounce back.
